The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Bebeto. You, Watcher and Legal Wolf have ruined this board for a year now.
Your constant negativity, lies, and doom mungoring is exhausting. And you are wrong in everything you post here.
If I had the energy to counter all your disgusting character assassinating work on Robbie, your incorrect reporting on what’s actually happening here, and your horrendous self destructive posting (honest guv I am a shareholder/but will spend every day trying to destroy market sentiment) then I would write an intelligent piece based on all the actual facts here.
But if I did, you and your mates would send me the same way as the other rational supportive posters on here.
Us real shareholders who know the huge value that is accruing here every day due to Robbie’s hard working team will benefit massively when the chips fall as they will. How many potential investors have you lot turned away? If they absorbed your BS then I would say many. And don’t say that what happens here has no effect on the share price. This is small cap land in an horrendous market. Of course it does.
Shame on you.
These results further underpin the fact that the board of Directors have lost their minds by recommending this bid that hugely undervalues Shanta.
I was prepared to keep buying all the way up to 20p because I feel the company is severely undervalued right now and is a cash machine.
Shame on the board.
Hi Paul, great news indeed!
With a market cap of only £2.4 million this company remains very under the radar.
Such a great asset that they are doing a great job of moving forward. They are sitting on quite a lot of cash still. So if there is a fund raise it won't be for some time. But like all listed companies that are not generating revenue or a profit, a fund raise is always needed at some point.
Good news of another asset coming into the portfolio, or a tie up with Rainbow Rare Earths for example might light some fire under this share price that should comfortably be at 10p right now.
We are feeling the market here as all small cap mining stocks are. It will turn, and those that have spotted the brilliant early stage opportunity here will be pleased when it does.
Excellent news. Well done Robbie. Suspension doesn't matter. Progress does. Raising money matters. Further comfort for us on many levels. You don't lend a business 1.55 million if it's in trouble. And you don't ask it repay you out of cash generated and free cash flow if there isn't any cash coming in. This is a profitable business. Just not quite at the levels we ideally want right now, but it is profitable. And Robbie committing again by putting yet more skin in the game. Excellent step forward.
Exciting times here.
I just bought another 110,000 shares this morning at under the price quoted on the site. So it shows as a sell which it most certainly wasn't.
This is very undervalued and under the radar still despite the positive interviews that have been happening. I guess the next milestones and steps to be achieved in the next couple of months should see the price move and investor appetite ramp up.
I can see an announcement about another deal for another project coming out of the blue at some point. That should grab some market attention as well.
Altona have a lot of cash in the bank which de risks this as well.
Its an accumulate and hold opportunity for me and i can see this comfortably moving through 5pence within the next couple of months.
I really hope RM announces the funding while we are still suspended. Then the current 0.265 price will never be seen again and us long term holders will have the last laugh.
A profitable gold producing mine sitting on top of at least 1 huge asset, about to be handed millions to ramp up production and only a £5 million market cap.
It doesn’t get much better than this.
Good luck Robbie. You have done a brilliant job considering all the challenges you have had thrown at you.
Quite right Dalesman
GCAT is a profitable gold producing business. Full stop. We know this from previous RNS and we have a good idea on AISC.
This current market cap is laughable.
As RM is running a profitable gold producing business he doesn’t need to rush into funding that will be less than desirable. That’s obvious. Why would he if he is producing free flow cash every month.
The group of 4 on this board who constantly whine and point out the ifs and buts and maybes and who knows, these are the ones damaging this share price. Not RM.
Leave him alone to get on with the job I say and let’s remain patient. I don’t care if it takes until year end for the right deal and nor should any long term holder.
Those that don’t hold? Why do you keep coming on here? It’s just weird. Unless you have a negative agenda which the group of 4 are successfully perpetuating every single day. Sooooo tiring.
We are with you Robbie. The real holders. Keep up the good work. We know you have had a rough ride and the majority are not here to keep rubbing your nose in it. Go GCAT.
GCAT is a profitable gold producer and a micro cap stock of only £5.17 million as I write this.
The ‘dilution’ drum some of you keep banging is completely a matter of opinion. Some of you have said this is a definite. You are wrong.
RM ‘lent’ his shares as security for a loan. These will be returned to him. They will not be reissued and therefore there will be no dilution.
The CLN will not convert at this absurdly low price. Therefore no dilution. And more importantly GCAT are paying these back and paying them back quickly.
And finally even if there was some dilution…10%? Who cares. That’s a profitable gold producer at a valuation of £5.7 million instead of £5.17 million. OMG how will I cope with this terrifying dilution.
Big picture. This business will grow and grow and the amount of money they are making now will be a drop in the ocean compared to what they will be making when they gear up to 2000 ounces per month when the finance comes in. And yes, it may take 6 months for the business to get to 2000 ounces post funding arrival. But that will catapult the valuation of this business forward to £20 million plus.
Dilution? Really? Just stop going on about it when you know it’s just scare mongering that nobody here can definitively clarify.
Buy and hold. Ignore the doubters who on other boards pump stocks valued at £75 million that have nothing but a patch of African dust and some dreams.
GCAT is going to be the stock we thank our brave selves for holding as it multi bags in the next year. All imo and dyor.
Seriously Bebeto?
I thought you were long gone.
Please leave and stop your stupid posts.
You do not understand what you are talking about.
GCAT is now a profitable going concern. They are reinvesting a lot into the plant and needed a cash top up for the considerable costs associated with putting together a massive non dilutive funding package that will be the beginning of this companies journey to one day becoming the next Shanta Gold.
Very very exciting times.
I am filtering you because I can’t cope with another person spewing negative nonsense on this board. Good bye.
But Legal Wolf you go on and on. It’s been constant for months. Your are articulate and clever with your posts. Always finding a grey area that neither you, nor I, nor anyone on this board has the answer to. You just leave it hanging in the air.
Only Robbie knows and he is busy growing a profitable gold producing company.
I have now invested 18 times in this company and not sold a single share and I will continue to accumulate. This current price is a bargain.
Todays news is excellent and a really positive RNS.
I am very happy to hear from investors in this business but you have admitted you are not a holder. Forgive us for questioning why you are here and why you thinks it’s appropriate to keep leaving negative vibes hanging out there with your approach. Many will not have invested because of you. So you are damaging this share.
When the funding comes to ramp up production this current price will never be seen again. You should buy in now. Imo as you say.
I am not sure it was determined selling. When a stock is off market for a few months you will always have some holders who need to off load when the re-list happens.
It’s all looking good here. Smart investors will see that the market cap is so low and the asset is so good that is is a no brainer imo.
Multi bagger is locked in to this share at this price.
Brilliant news. If this sale was looking unlikely, the man at the top would not put in an other £1 million. He won't be selling/flipping these. Not when he will make multiples on that investment when the sale happens. Great news for us shareholders.

Excellent long and in depth interview on Stockbock Media with our CEO. Definitely the best interview the company has given this year. Everything an investor needs to know, very clear and very thorough.
With such a low market cap this is an easy double your money investment for short term investors. I am in it for the long term and can see this hitting £100 million valuation in 3 years which is 20x todays value. I can see the current share price being at this low level for maybe another 1-2 months max then it’s getting in at higher level but with it slightly more de risked. Good luck all
I recently bought shares in a placing for a business moving from AQUIS to main list. Altona Rare Earths (REE). The prospectus was delayed by at least 6 months. Just because the FCA are understaffed and their due diligence is very thorough. If GCAT has the same experience, i would not be surprised.
There is no time limit. It takes the time it takes.
I have now bought shares in GCAT 15 times. I am patiently waiting. The asset here is a winner and its all looking good to me.
Yes its going live on Friday 9th!!!
Very exciting.
As per the 1st June prospectus on their website:
'Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. GMT on Friday 9 June 2023, under the new ticker: "REE"'
I have been in touch with the company and it's all good to go. Big PR push next week. Get them below 10p on Friday while you can!!
Hi Suey, what would you like to talk about?
The incredible delays at the FCA for us and for many companies at the moment?
Or the incredible asset we are sitting on?
We just need to be patient. Hopefully we have news in the coming week.
With such a low market cap, and such a big interest in rare earth metals at the moment, and nearly £2million in the bank shortly (to fund 2023) this is going to be huge. First day of trading on the LSE main list and this should pop big time.
You are right Suggins.
I am waiting on a prospectus for another company and it is 3 months late. That one has been in its final draft all that time too. The FCA can take forever and changing events in the company mean a prospectus needs to be updated again pre release as you say. There is nothing Caracal can do about it as they have to dance to the FCAs timelines, wishes and tune. There is a backlog of work at the FCA and they are understaffed.
I am happy to focus on the Gold here and the prospectus will come when it comes.
Sounded pretty damn positive to me. A market cap of only £7 million? Producing gold bars every week?
Yes please!
I am sitting on so many ‘ explorer maybe one day miners’ that just burn cash and are valued at £30 million plus.
Here we have a huge asset base and an absurdly low valuation. Gold price at a high. Great jurisdiction.
The next Shanta? Why not!
Robbie is playing steady as she goes after some rocky moments many of which are not his doing. The current production of gold will pay the bills. The funding is just to get us to the big numbers and it will come. I wish all the companies I am invested in could pay the bills!
It’s a compelling buy.
Of course not. They are going for non dilutive financing. They have always said that. Everything they have said and done has been about raising financing without dilution. The more gold they pour now, and the more progress they make the stronger the position they have to avoid issuing shares for finance. They do not need to. Suggestions like this on the board are unhelpful negative speculation.
