I agree. ARV are on the ball and know the region very well. They have a massive chunk of land literally next door to GGP. No fools there and if they are holding tight, that gives me further confidence in Thor.
I am not sure about Metal Tigers investment strategy over the last couple of years. Doesn’t seem great and I haven’t bought them. Selling Thor on the cheap is perhaps as foolish as them selling their GGP holding last year....time will tell!

So, we release an RNS saying we have more gold and the share price goes down, Alba release a video with some quartz veins and NO visible gold (if there was any in the quartz it would be visible on surface) and the share price shoots up. Crazy.
Two extremes here. Alba over bought. Cobra over sold. Alba is now way overpriced and Cobra is at a bargain price. Crazy market.
The January Cobra news will further expand the resource and the amount of gold we have. GLA

Closing above 16 today, combined with the same tomorrow which is only a half day of trading, will leave us needing 3 more days closing above 16 (before the end of the first week of Jan) for the warrant holders to be called to exercise, leading to a possible £1.05 Million cash injection in the first few weeks of January!
As we have 3 trading days next week, we could close off the year knowing that that extra cash is on the way and then we really are flying!!
Looking so good here that 2021 should be a great year for us holder’s!!! GLA!!!

News of two or three IPOs due in the coming weeks for GUNs investments, and the multi bagging Rincon sure to take off in 2021! And a £6 million market cap?!? Watch this one fly as it could easily be multiples of £6 million in the next few months.

As we may also have noticed: one of the Rincon Directors is also the MD at Tesoro Resources. He has overseen a share price increase since February of 2600%. If he can do that there lets hope he can do that at Rincon in the same timeframe!! 2021 is going to be a good year for GUN!

Just managed to get some Rincon at .29 having tried most of last night and failed. I think the volumes were low yesterday due to the RCR mix ups, not being able to trade on some platforms, and then a dip in the markets. Now we can look forward to an upward trend.
So, I have shares in both GUN and Rincon.
The interview with the GUN MD a few days ago was excellent I thought, they have a great portfolio. He put forward an Impressive articulate and well thought out business plan over a 15 minute podcast slot.

Yes I have done the same with ii. Luckily I avoided buying Strickland (in the region) which has recently tanked.
I hold a significant amount (for me at least) in GUN now and I am also keen to buy Rincon on Monday early AM as I think it is going to fly and quickly. It is priced to fly and valuing the assets above cash at only 4 million Aus$ is deliberately low to enable this to be a big success story from day 1. IMO
However, I would be surprised if ii is ‘on it’ enough to have Rincon as a tradeable security from Sunday night U.K. time, and I think the share price will open up at least 50% on the bell. Not that this will be missing the boat as I really think that the location and gold results we have to date from their near GGP land holding could be a massive long term hold with multi bags for sure!
Either way though, with a GUN holding we will be winners. GLA

You are probably right SuperMonkey. But our biggest shareholder Thomas Anderson is the chairman and CEO of dunraven resources which is an oil business, so it’s definitely a possibility!

There is a possibility that if this is an oil asset related deal as previously suggested on this BB that with the price of oil rising, that this has led one party to want to renegotiate/adjust the terms! The price of oil has shifted up significantly very recently as we know..... This would explain the delayed announcement.
We will see soon enough and as the current market cap value is close to cash amount in the bank, no downside here only a big upside! IMO. GLA

When you have a big chunk of wealth like GH and you are still young in corporate BOD terms, it’s not about the money any more.
Anyone who knows truly successful people knows that. If you have made many millions from building a business the money is secondary to the buzz of success.
GH will not retire (unless there are personal or health reasons). If he does, he is not the Demi God that everyone makes him out to be.
He will be up for the next challenge. Thor? Totally possible.

Surely news tomorrow!!! Yes we have waited some time for this and let’s hope they deliver! All the pointers are there for this to instantly re rate and if there is a decent deal I see us adding 100% as being the close of day/week/news settling in, with possible big spikes way above that along the way.
And if it’s a good deal perhaps this will be a keeper with multi bags to come. Good luck to all of us.

That’s very interesting. Perhaps the bigger shareholders and institutions have muscled in on grabbing a bigger share. That would include GUN.
Hopefully in some ways it means Rincon have increased their fund raising beyond 6 million AUS$. That would mean a bigger initial market cap above the suggested 10million Aus$, but be excellent for shareholders as they were already planning on being fully funded for 2 years. Being fully funded beyond 2 years would mean a free ride of no dilution! I am not against fund raising at all but will be good to know that Rincon is cashed up. This is getting more and more interesting for GUN. Buy and hold!! IMO.

How about this for a dream result:
Rincon IPO date has been delayed for a week allowing time for GH to announce his resignation at GGP to then announce his joining Rincon!
Not so crazy when you think about it....

GUN are already the largest shareholder in Rincon.
They have also added to that shareholding by subscribing for more shares in the IPO I believe.
They also lent Rincon money in a convertible loan note pre IPO where GUN can convert at a substantial discount to the Rincon list price. This will be another tranche of shares.
The news we are due is just how many shares (the %holding) GUN will have on listing date.
We believe listing date is now next Friday Australia time.
GUN have multiple other exciting investments as you can see from their website.
We are also awaiting news on a couple of those as identified by other posters on this BB over the last week or so.
The news flow should be consistently good, with the Rincon news landing end of next week. This is a game changer for GUN and takes us all up a level.
It is very similar to PRIM (Primorus) who invested early days in GGP and made a small fortune due to timing and the value of the GGP assets and share price upward move.
I believe this is exactly what will happen here.
But, PRIM only had a tiny amount of GGP.
We have around about a quarter/fifth (tbc) of Rincon I believe!
The numbers could be mind boggling if Rincon gets close to the quality of asset GGP has. Good luck!

Rincon is going to fly when it comes to market.
They have 6 million Aus$ in the bank, a 10 million Aus$ ipo market cap valuation and some of the best gold mining prospect tenements in Australia!!
Rincon should at least double on day one.
GUNs investment here will be very valuable.
And if Rincon JVs with a big name this could be another huge win for PIs. Multi multi bagger.
GUN will go up and up in value as Rincon does.
DYOR but this current share price is a bargain. We have less than 7days to get in at this price and then we will never see the current share price again IMO.

To our ‘friend’ that has been informing us of the more realistic perspective, congrats, I sold half my holding this morning. Very helpful to have this amazing opportunity’s lights dimmed. Not.
The other half I kept in because the bottom line is that Parys could be a serious money maker, and the 12% that we own of LIM could be massive for us.
Either way you cut it, LIM is sitting on hundreds of millions of £ of iron ore. We own 12% of that. IF LIM sees some serious development interest or a sale AYM will be a multi bagger. Simple.
