Should be an amazing run up to Christmas for GUN!!!

The expected listing date for Rincon is tomorrow.
So, if that happens, the end of the trading day in Australia will be over at the start of the U.K. trading day as we know.
We will then know the end of 1st days trading of the GUN holding as GUN should already know their exact share allocation today.
An RNS could land any time.
However maybe GUN want to put that out on listing day, tomorrow.
Rincon are fully funded for 2 years with the money they have raised! And they have stated exactly what the money will be spent on in the prospectus.
South Telfer alone could be massive for Rincon. Very exciting times for that company and anyone who got in on the IPO will be laughing! Including GUN!!

I agree! If you google for the Rincon IPO prospectus it’s an impressive document.
What’s amazing is that the listing price will value the company at only 10 million Aus$. But with 6 million+ in the bank!
So they have put a 4 million valuation on their assets which is absurdly low. South Telfer alone is going to be huge for them.
I reckon Rincon will at least double in its first day of trading.
GUN have a big chunk of this and may well be the largest shareholder. This is a massive win for GUN.
Great for us shareholders, and as Rincon ticks up so will we, but as it’s listing day tomorrow I believe, we should see some firework over the next couple of days!! GLA.

I think we are getting our newmont and newcrest mixed up but whichever one walked away from Havieron did so because they didn’t drill deep enough and get to understand what they had.
Rincon is going to fly and is priced to go. Clever GUN for getting such a big piece.

NCM drilled the asset at Havieron but only to a shallow depth. I believe Havieron gets interesting from a couple of hundred meters down.
So they missed out.
In fact a lot of the gold at Havieron is so deep that it may never be mined as it would make it one of the deepest gold mines in the world. That gold way down will be too expensive to get to unless gold keeps going up.
The Rincon South Telfer asset is very shallow. Much easier and cheaper to mine.

I have this afternoon just bought some more shares! 3rd top up!
In the next couple of years this is a 10 bagger with our other assets or a Billion pound company with India included. IMO. Very Happy either way!!

If it’s a 2.9, doesn’t it have to say so?
It’s just a total voting rights statement surely?

A 2.9 says so and says this:
‘In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the date and time of this announcement, it has xxxxxxxxxx ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue’ etc

That rns doesn’t say that...

I am not sure we can really compare.
Wishbone has just produced excellent results from surface testing on their targets.
Albas results will be trenching and drilling and that’s where you get the big market reaction to good results from drilling.
I am sure Wishbone will produce great drill results when they happen, as I am sure Alba will too. But Alba will get there first. And it’s the drill and trenching results that really count!

Commercial court cases can take a few days.....from my experience. And that’s the straight forward ones.
There is no way we will be updated by RNS until there is a decision/ruling.
And the courts can take days to update what can be viewed by the general public as to position or developments of case by case. And that’s in the U.K.! Will have to be patient as it is India! Fingers crossed!!! GLA

Followed you in here for a second purchase of PAT this morning! As you say, multiple exciting projects that look more substantial than most, which on their own make this share seriously undervalued, and if the court case goes in our favour as well, then it really will go crazy here!! I hate FOMO so I am all in and looking forward to a great few days and weeks ahead!

This is quiet and relatively dull in a comforting solid reassuring way.
The numbers on this one make it a no brainier.
If you are happy to hold and just let it happen I can’t see how this can be anything but a great investment.
No fireworks, no ramping by anyone, it’s just quietly doing everything right!! Patience needed but this will pay off....

Yup, I will be going to work to as I cannot work from home.
People working in mines, cannot work from home.
People working in Labs testing drill cores cannot do that from home. This will all continue to schedule I would say.
The good news is that the current drill programme is completing this weekend I believe.
So, hopefully we will have an RNS confirming that good news next week.

Very reassuring for us PIs and a great bullish sign!

This is great news. Clearly the BOD are on it, and determined. No holding them back, and getting a second drilling rig in when timings looked like they were going to slip is just the kind of proactive approach that we want to see. Impressive.

I disagree with you.
PAT looks interesting. But has many projects that will dribble in news over the next 12 months. I think it’s a longer term play.
The motherload of news is dropping here at Alba in the coming weeks pre Xmas and then it’s lift off.
I notice this morning you said PAT would bounce soon when it was 12. Now it’s 11.25. No crystal ball then.
