I think both HSBC and RBS are exceptionally good value today for long term plays, trouble is I think the FTSE will retest 5k this year so makes the decision of timing very difficult.

Totally agree with that and as stated CARD. My third is WRKS for retail winners coming out of lockdown. SCS probably the least risky of the bunch.

Not sure how or why the sp is at this low, despite covid the company is hoarding a mountain of cash and assets. All I can see is a bad H1 with a massive bounce in H2 reflecting pent up demand and an immediate return of the divvi. Either way im in and thanks for the opportunity!

Yes xel my thoughts exactly. They ****ed up with that contract last year and have kitchen sinked the results, looks like the focus is now back on the core business which as we see today is alive and well. If your a long term holder I think this will be looked back on as a great opportunity to buy when the world makes sense again but thats just my 50 pence worth not trading advice.

Good question, why did they stop producing/selling the oil even before covid 19 reached Liberia?Its been six months we were not aware of any issues what happened.

Excellent results in these testing times I like how they see no reason to stop paying the dividend, I dont care if the stock price stays down here forever if the money keeps rolling in.

Yes what a fantastic update, the sp looks like crisis while the results look like christmas! I guess this stock is under the radar for now but the market will spot it sooner on later.

The more shorts in play the greater the momentum north when this moves as they unwind positions, its not always a bad thing.

Yes they have put a lot of eggs in this basket. The sp seems to be rising on small sells, looks like a large buy order getting filled

Well I finally got away from work and chance to read the results through. As I said before the results would be a bit rubbish but the forward looking statements would be key. The executives seemed to have grasped googles methodology with grouping a companys sites and reviewing them jointly, the point of getting rid of legacy sites that brought the rating down give me confidence they will get the ratings restored in H2, that would be a huge boost to the sp if successful. Moving forward I really like the game plan. I can totally understand why some sold today but im happy as a long term holder this will play out positively over the next few years.

I think the dropped ratings will have a substantial effect on the numbers but more importantly what have they done to restore them and has corona actually had a positive impact as people are sat at home browsing the net. Think we can assume financial stability with the cancellation of the treasury shares otherwise we will have a very disappointed market.
