I felt a drift to 0.6-0.7 was on the cards but with suhails committed buying this could be the bottom, interesting to watch this week im getting very tempted!

Looks like bad news dropping tomorrow then! Has been dropping hard for a while. Today there were a lot of small sells and a few massive buys, not sure what to make of it but this is so undervalued i never thought it could get so cheap.

This is sat right on historic support and fres is on the cusp of becoming ftse250. If it recovers it will recover hard but if it breaks down the reverse is true. Im sitting on the fence but will be one to watch for sure

Yes it does seem too good an opportunity i dont blame you for securing stock now. TO offers are usually a % above current or recent average price, the price is so significantly lower now that it would have to be a crazy multiple of the current to be accepted. The board seem happy progressing the company, they have put in a lot to get it to where it is that i think they will want to finish the story.

Cb- im curious from an industry specialist, just how do you see production panning out? From my perspective it looks progressive.

Carrefor- i agree with your sentiment, no placing, revenue improving, the future is very positive and i expect significantly higher prices based on the bottom line. I disagree with your assertions on a buyout though, i dont think an offer will be significantly above current price nor do think his will be accepted so i feel the long game applies.

Rugs- I still feel this goes lower, i might be wrong and will willingly admit if i am. Im generally right but sometimes wrong. I dont think it should be lower but i recon 0.8 for tranche 1 and 0.65 for tranche 2.

My plan when i sold was to look to buy back at 0.8, i wasnt sure if that would be possible. Im surprised how far and how quickly it dropped back it was a spike but a spike based on substance. Now i think i might get a buyback in the 0.6-0.8 range.

I sold on the spike last week, couldnt say no to 150%. Spikes are notoriously unstable it if was a trend i would have stuck around. Im not sure whether this sees 0.7 or 2p first but its a great company and it will see 2p plus at some point so im a buyer again if it does drop off. ATB

I wouldnt be surprised if it hangs around at this level until the next production update, the only issue could be a takeover offer but who knows if or when

Yes you can buy minnows on trading platforms but you cannot short them now the rules changed to stop manipulation

In the past when i have bought using a spread betting platform the dealing costs dont exist so you can pick up small amounts and build a holding, the sb company then has to buy those small amounts of stock to manage exposure, probably with very small dealing costs but they show up as tiny buys.

Rugs thanks for the info, i recon when production figures turn into results were looking at around 1.5p fair value then unless they step it up and get planting!

The NAV may be 1.65p but i think earnings over the next couple of years will drive the sp. a previous poster stated 600 usd per MA if we assume this is true and production doesnt increase from current revenue will be 600*4000*12=29m usd/annum or 23m sterling. If 10% is profit and a conservative PE ratio is 10, £23m is a realistic market cap giving a sp around 7p.

Thanks for taking the time guys. Im very confident here, tempted to splash another tranche. I hope we dont get taken over, the payout would be good but i think in the long run were better off waiting for the money to start rolling in and let the market catch up. Atb

Were the unsecured loans taken out against the butlaw estate or the company generally? Im a little confused i thought we owed the cash still to klk but looking back at past rns im not sure now

I understand your position, dont think 1p will be a big issue to hit. Guess it depends how much skin you have in the game. I would be doubling up on a minority holding but defensive if you have a lot invested chasing evens.

I feel like this will drift lower until it doesnt then one day gets recognised by the market and shoots higher. At this price im in and willing to gamble i have found that bottom because missing out hurts more

Your absolutely right but the tiny float can swing both ways, thats why i got in at this price and hopefully the reverse is true but i keep a few aces back just incase there is a better entry point. Theres no way it should be lower but theres no way it should be this cheap currently

Definately a possibility but I think the directors have put a lot into getting this off the ground so its hard to see them letting go. I think we will be better served in the long game anyway if things go to plan, the hard cash draining phase is out of the way. That should reflect in results to come, as the market believes the debt can be repaid it will start to price in forward cash generation. ATB

I have been watching and waiting here for a while, picked up my first tranche today. Very surprised the price is so low at this phase of the development cycle but this is a great one for the future. Its the sort of stock that will go under the radar then one day do 300%, gl all
