The only way we here will make the sp move is either by a big investor like RR buying on market, major news on the Uranium or pow actually making money and selling gmet stock. Otherwise we aren't budging unless we go back to drilling for minerals like gmet

You could say the same for gmet, but the sp is going up. They don't have any profits and just above half the mcap is theirs. Any money that is going in, is for work and other expenses. We however have 49% of their mcap and royalties on discovery's, Uranium JV, GSAe, power Arabia and soon another ipo with FDR. As for figures on cash ask Tray to post again. I'm sure he will be happy to ;-)

The 130m shares was similar to RR. New shares purchased straight off with an investor to raise funds. I believe gmet had something similar to raise cash. Now I would of preferred RR to purchase on market. Why should a multi millionaire get special treatment. Same with the Saudi investor. They need to bring investors on market going forward. Hopefully Sean and his finance team take onboard if they want to help raise the sp here. It's not like they need the money now for drilling with the ipos and JV to cover that

I'm stupidly invested in another company from all the hype and you have to look at their dilution to see what I mean. They have now requested 4 billion new shares, on top of more they requested earlier this year; so I appreciate what Sean is trying to do here

Hey bonkers. You just need to look at Tray's posts to see how we are doing. Just Gmet, we have around 49% of its mcap (at the moment 31.97M) pow could with an agreement from gmet, pull out.

I don't follow gmet, so I don't know how much money they have made (not including their part of the mcap) have they made anything?

If its just the commissioning of the conditioning tank left to do; that shouldn't take them long. If its commissioning of the whole site; wow! They need to check everything is running smoothly before going at full max.

Only thing to do is sell at a big loss or hold and wait. It'll either eventually workout under GR if he truly wants to see the mine running 100% or can max will purchase the mine. Someone will buy a fully running mine for sure; especially if they produce these grades of Spodumene

Thanks Acker. So that's 48,000,000 per annum at 100% production. Very low compared to other mines that produce 360,000 tonnes per annum of Spodumene. That's in Australia though

Acker can you tell us how much they would get if they were at 100% is it 50 tonnes a day?

Ball Mill $200,000 to $1.5 million USD. Not sure how much a conditioning tank would be. It ain't cheap though. If the average salary is $30,000 x 250 staff. $7,500,000

Definitely not sticking up for GR and he should be able to ask the engineers how long it will take to get everything running upto 100%

Another frustrated shareholder here, still holding. After watching the interview, GR definitely reminded me of a politician that didn't want to answer the questions. On the other hand I can understand if you don't have any cash flow coming in and need to pay for parts, diesel, staff etc. It can't be easy. Just had a quick look and a mining engineer in Zimbabwe gets around $45000. If you have 250 staff; 24/7. You must feel the stress and worry on them. Anyone here know how much the recent parts would of been? I'm sure they aren't cheap. Probably not available on amazon lol

Especially since pow are making more money than gmet and no outgoings. What's not to like.

Its a nice change to see a company on Aim that isn't diluting the sp and taking advantage of shareholders. This is what Sean keeps saying in his interviews

Once we get an rns confirmation of the ACAM JV gone through without any hiccups; then it's all up from there imo. Should be around the 29th July. We then have a few months for them to put some work in before the winter months in the Athabasca.

Also we still need to know what is going to happen with molopo farms. Will this be another JV and more cash coming in from that. As long as we don't need to pay anything more out

The market isn't really interested in cash earnings imo. Otherwise why are we still below 20p and gmet is going up? Gmet mcap is just about half and that is all tied in and cannot be touched by gmet. Pow however can sell their 49% with an agreement with gmet. Pow has more cash to earn and no dilution. Just have to look at Tray's posts. So imo the market is attracted to the pretty pictures in the RNS's and the fact the sp is attracting attention at the moment. Once we get interesting RNS from the athabasca, power Arabia and GSAe, I believe the sp will move forward

For any new investors from the US/UK market looking at POW/POWMF. Power Metal Resources is a merchant bank. It uses the ipos it releases (gmet, fdr etc) and JV companies (ACAM, GSAe) to do all the work in the exploration side for them. They take all the expenses/dilution that is involved out of it..POW takes their percentage of money earned. POW doesn't need to apply for new shares, that will dilute the sp; as the expenses are covered already by the ipos/JV's. The only downside is that we here don't have that many interesting RNS's on new discovery's; but we do have all the cash without the outgoings involved from them.

Hopefully that makes sense for any reading this chat and please correct or add anything that might help people understand what pow does 😉

Another positive interview and great to see Sean arranging more marketing and getting the word out there on pow in the USA. Look forward to seeing more buyers on the powmf OTC
