I think it's still early days. As tiggrr says; best wait for grant funding and we will then be able to sell for alot more.

We really need something here though to boost our sp. Any sp dilution that the parent company pow has put on our sp from the past, should be put back in. Sean has talked about shareholder benefits, but waiting for the market to catch up will be a long time coming (unless they make profits in the bank from the spin offs or more JVs within POW) we haven't made any actual profit in the bank yet from the ipos and more ipo spin offs will send shareholders away or reduce their holdings to put elsewhere (FDR, power Arabia for example)

What do we think will attract more buyers to POW/POWMF?

The interview I attached previously is pretty good, in that he asks questions that definitely put Sean on the spot.

Around 9min in he asks Sean how pow shareholders will benefit from gmet. Dividends/share buybacks. Sounds like it won't be for a long, long time. We are supposed to wait for the market to catch up

The sp here isn't going to move unless pow the partner company has major news of our own (Uranium JV, GSAe and perhaps a molopo JV) if power Arabia is just another ipo spin off exactly like gmet; we know looking at the sp here (which has dropped lower) its not going to help POW/POWMF shareholders.. unless they sell (which they won't for a long time) If power Arabia was similar to the Athabasca we have running hand in hand; we will see the sp here will rise alot. Investors who have gmet stock (which are likely in this chat room) don't want POW to sell because their sp will drop. It needs to be a win,win for both gmet and pow.. but if you are like me here for a few years; I'm still waiting for pow to move up and the ipos won't help the sp unless we sell

He's not been going on about benefits for shareholders for long, but pj was talking about it prior to Sean being on the scene. Anyone know what is happening with power Arabia, if its similar to gmet or going to run alongside Pow. Imo it would help a serious amount if the sp ran up together (when one goes up the other goes up) similar to powmf

In the interview, Sean mentioned Power Arabia going to be listed, but also mentioned this helping the sp here. Do I have that wrong? I hope it is the case that it will move alongside; we could do with something more to help move this sp up.

As they said, we are so undervalued for what we have and the market is ignoring this. Power Arabia will be huge, but we don't want to be left behind as the parent company (pow), like the case with gmet now.

The Power Arabia. Will this be the same as gmet and FCM; or similar to the POW otc in Saudi? If its the latter, then that's great for us. If it's just another ipo, then its again going to move focus away from here. That's not good (unless they make actual money to put back in for pow shareholders) As I've said, I've been here holding for a few years and still waiting for a shareholder return. If im not mistaken, I thought a merchant bank made actual money

Neredowell; the uk used to be a great country a long time ago and we produced alot here. I wouldn't say we do things quick in this country at all. Take the HS2 for example. They say that will complete by 2029. More likely the later 2033 or even longer than that. I'm ashamed to call myself british when I go abroad how slow we do things. We aren't Spain slow, but we aren't far behind.

Going by bonkers example and pow. Say you bought a house at 100k and its now worth close to 400k. You could sell or wait a little longer. Gmet will likely go up, but as bonkers said; what if there is damage and you make 300k or less. Pow needs to wait, but also needs to make the right decision of when to sell.. we don't want any damage

I'm a long term holder as well and have been here back when pj was talking all the hype of tsunami sp coming (probably meant a disaster; which happened from molopo and him leaving his position) we went up to 1.90 at some point and plummeted to where we are now

It's still early days yet to sell. But I do think at some point they should sell off gmet and make some serious actual cash profit (Bonkers you said they aren't making any money) Nobody really knows how much further they have to go up in the sp; as long as they sell before there is any big dilution though. We wouldn't want to walk away with anything below where we are now. (not much of a merchant bank not making any cash) Scottydog I do agree with the dividends at some point in the future and as I said before; they need to seek big investors like RR or Saudi investors to purchase on market and no new shares
