I don't think a JV for molopo will have much of a reaction in the sp. Look at the Uranium news of a JV. No reaction at all to be honest. Who knows what type of news after today will bring us upto gmet levels. So far us that invested when pj was in charge have lost alot; even him.

We need the Uranium project moving before the winter months come back. ACAM has put alot in; so I don't think they'll be wanting to wait around. This is the thing I believe will bring the sp up imo. Unless something else comes around the corner

I'm in the same position as you ART (in the red) 2 main reasons for that; was molopo farms previously was built up so much in people's expectations and was poorly dealt with. They should of repositioned the drill to correct any errors and then release an rns with the potential of JV/spinoff and then PJ stepping down. Both dropped the sp faster than a hookers underwear. Now with most shareholders moving over to gmet, we just need some more news here to attract buyers back. Luckily this time we all knew molopo wasn't going to come back with much and the sp hasn't really dropped alot. I'm still waiting for the confirmation that the Uranium agreement has gone through without any hiccups. Should be end of July🤞 This will be good news

We all knew molopo farms was going to come back this way. I don't understand why people are moaning. It doesn't say pow is going to spend more money or dilute the shares. 'the Company is looking to progress potential commercial pathways with a view to moving Molopo Farms to the next stage in its exploration programme'

All that means is with these results, they can now look to a JV or spinoff. But I still think it will be a JV like the Uranium. We won't have to pay anything for it.

We are in the same position as we were yesterday before this RNS, but just with another potential of another company paying for everything and doing all the work.

As soon as pow has made more money, I'm sure they will have a share buyback to compensate for the dilution in the past. Look at Tray's post and you can see all the cash we are making so far.

Yes the sp is shocking for what we have, but if we don't have investors buying, what more can we do. Blame the sellers

We just have to wait and see. It'll be any day now. Last time it took 7-8 weeks from completion to a results rns. We are currently 9 weeks from drill completion 23rd April. I think the team that do the results are like this lol 😆 😂

We need a positive result from molopo and all to go smoothly with the Uranium agreement. If we get great results from molopo; I reckon that'll end up a JV imo

I think most investors are attracted to the news flow about the drilling etc and not so much on the money paying for it. Gmet has all the outgoings and pow are the ones that are sitting back making all the money from the share price going up. Any major discovery's as well; part of the royalties will come over this end💰 It will be better once we get an rns audit update. Tray is great for updating us on money earned 👍

Positive rns again today. Zero outgoings and good for shareholders in the future. What's not to like.

I think we should see a rise in the sp when more news on the Uranium JV releases. Especially when it's all gone through without any hiccups. Should be around the end of July imo.

Assay results for molopo soon as well. They say they hit the conductor; which they said they were looking for. Let's see what the results say. Fingers crossed for good news 🙏

Hopefully all temporary and once this has been resolved, it's a matter of moving forward and no more audit issues (fingers crossed 🤞)

Looking at the previous rns, we can at least see the non audit depts. are working hard to push development in a positive way and once this has been finalised, we should see a positive rns and hopefully new business coming in. All imo.

I'm not totally surprised by this rns this morning and think this is already built into the sp.

Development will go on as usual, but they seriously need someone new to deal with the books.

With a current market cap of 2.39 million over at FCM; that would be around £549,700 for POW at the moment. The current sp here is very low for the amount of cash pow has. Hopefully when we see more cash in the bank, POW can then arrange a share buyback for the dilutions in the past

I agree 👍 I think I'll wait until we see further development and the audit results come through successfully without any delays before I decide to average down. Here's hoping all good things going forwards

Good to see signs of moving forward from the company. I'm in the same situation as you LT. I didn't sell up and with shares where they are after the consolidation, I won't see my money back until they reach 40.00. I'm nervous as well of averaging down as you mentioned, after everything that happened.

If they continue as they are doing though, perhaps in a couple of years I might be back to where I was, but I won't hold my breath (trying to be positive there lol)

Must of been off market. There's no way you would get that as a buy price for 350k shares. We would of opened in the late 20s if they had only bought on market

The US market is very quiet at powmf OTC. I don't think they know what is going on with pow over there. Last buy was 9th May. Hopefully when Sean goes back over for the conference on the 7th July, he can give them a bit of a nudge. We will hopefully have more good news dropping to encourage the US buyers

We should have an rns here tomorrow with the red rock disposal. More cash coming in. As long as the assay results are positive in the next couple of weeks for molopo; we should be able to reach 30p imo
