Imo it's just another spin out that won't do anything for the sp here and we can go by the last spin out to see that. pow shareholders won't see any reward, unless they decide to do what they've been saying in the model. The only plus will be whatever power metal receives when they sell their stock in the future.

Seems all running to time atm. Last update on the civils on X, they were nearly completed the civils and the new spodumene plant will then arrive and be fitted. There's going to be an update on the 30th June and we should here what happens with the inserts as well. In the interview from 11 minutes it mentions these are paid for

Another war won't push the Uranium price up. The middle East have been fighting each other since the beginning of time. Look at the bible. The price will eventually go up because of AI and the world looking at green energy.

I'm surprised that the news today didn't push us up a little bit. We are back to our ground level 12.00 if you back at the sp history it's our low point. We really need something to give us a boost and that looks like it will be the Uranium project. Sean really needs to think about a buyback as well

I've bought into companies in the past from news of a share buyback and found the price went up very quickly from the news of the buyback starting. I think it could be very positive for us, especially whilst we wait for the drilling updates to come through in late summer, early autumn. I still think we need more than the Uranium project under our belt, to help the sp rise. Something under our rns

Recent studies in the EU have found TFA to be widespread, including in wine and food, human blood and breast milk.

"A spokesperson for Water UK, which represents the UK's water companies, told the BBC: "We want to see PFAS, including TFA, banned and the development of a national plan to remove it from the environment which should be paid for by manufacturers."

It surprises me as well. The market has been very bullish with SMRs, but I don't think they realise that they will need Uranium to run them and where that will eventually come from.

If we have a very positive rns from the surveys, the sp imo should jump. We definitely need them to come back with a discovery from the drilling.

In the meantime we do need something else apart from the Uranium project to give us a boost. The drilling is going to take a few months; perhaps upto the autumn. So we need something else under our news flow to excite the market

I think with a share buyback it's 15%. But correct me if I'm wrong. That would only cost them a couple of million at todays sp

They will need to have an AGM if they want to have a share buyback. They definitely will have my vote for this. It'll be interesting to know what they plan on doing with the rest of the shares in gmet. If they definitely get US government support, its worth holding out, but they don't want to lose out if the shares drop any further

Likely in London which is a pain in the rear to get to with public transport or parking and congestion charges. When is the next agm?

As shareholders of a company, are we not here to make a profit as well? Or are we here just to see the company make profits and we see a loss?

Both pj and Sean have explained the model and have mentioned the benefits without the dilution. The only thing we aren't seeing are any benefits and haven't for years of holding. The company has made profit from its spin out and all we want is to see the benefit they have been talking about. (Share buyback, dividends)

If we don't have projects under our news flow and don't have rewards, why are we here. Luckily we have the Uranium project and need a discovery, but what if the drilling doesn't produce what we hope it does. What are we left with if the other projects are spun out. Yes the company will make money, but we won't see any of it, unless they do exactly what it says on the tin.

If they bought back 15% in a share buyback. That would be just over £2 million at the current sp

We are shareholders and we expect either to make a profit from our stocks at some point, by the price moving up or rewarded by dividends for long term holding. I've been a long-term holder here and still to see that happen. Even Tray as a shareholder must want to make some profit from his long-term holding.

We can see the company is making money and I'm sure as an employer you will have a good salary; but we aren't employers and we don't have bonuses for the profits that the company makes. The ceo PJ and now Sean have explained the model and in that model they have clearly said that pow holders will benefit without the dilution and both have mentioned that this will come from a buyback or dividend. I agree that a share buyback would be the ideal choice to show the model works and attract more investors and move the sp up. Some will leave, but if this becomes a normal occurrence, then most will stay for the long term

I don't think a share buyback will make investors understand the model more, otherwise we would have alot more buying in. I think it will definitely attract more investors to pow though. At the moment they will be looking at the sp history and see there hasn't been alot of movement at all over the last couple of years. The ipo spin outs haven't been pushing the price up here and at the moment there's no incentive for major investors at pow.

If Sean was to agree to a share buyback and say this is a reward for pow holders as part of the model; investors will see that the model does work and rewards its holders for their patience. They've been saying too long now that we will reap the benefits without the dilution, without even backing it up. They now have enough money to do this and if he doesn't, then it just proves the model doesn't work for pow shareholders and they need to tweak it to having more JVs under our news flow instead of ipo spinout. Power Arabia for example should stay under our rns
