If they were to buyback the max 17,250,000 at the lower sp, say 13p. It would only cost them just over 2mil. If the price went up gradually from there, it's likely only going to cost just under 3mil. They've easily added new original shares in the past to raise money, so it now makes sense to buyback. This is part of the model and if they want to prove it works to investors, they need to do things like this. How many times has PJ and Sean mentioned that pow shareholders will be rewarded without the dilution and here is where it starts. It's in the RNS as well

For me it's 4 hrs as well. If I was going, I'd have to stay over the night before. The traffic to get in for before 11am would be horrendous. It's a shame it's not outside of London city

Just saw in Tray's post. Max 17,250,000. That would be good. That would put us just around 98 million shares in issue after the buyback. This is very positive news if it gets the vote

LT, I don't think it's anything to do with the numbers either or that they aren't creating sales or new opportunities; I think it's bad planning as you said. They need better accountants going forward. They can't keep getting suspended. They should of had this all ready

"No unforeseen accounting issues" They need to fire their accounts dept. Let's hope they can work this out by the end of the week. They should of learnt from the last time to avoid this happening. It doesn't give confidence going forward for future audits if the accounts team can't work out the books

Graham hill will be soon on the BOD and decisions will be going through him and the rest of the board; especially since he will be the next ceo.

No mention from Sean. But he keeps mentioning the model and pow holders will benefit from the rewards without the dilution. If they want to show the model works to the market, they need to do something or its just all talk. They have made a huge profit from gmet, but will they complete a share buyback is a good question and we have to wait and see.

If they can update the market on a regular basis (which atm they are lacking) we should see a bit more movement. All we need is one discovery and its all up from there. The sp where we are is ground level if you look back at the price history; so this is the best time to jump in if you're new to pow. We won't see this price again if a discovery is made and if news comes of a share buyback in the next agm in July 25th; it will be the boost we need as well.

Very positive interview imo. See what happens in the next couple of weeks with the primary floatation plant. Enprotec team is onsite to assist as well and the reagent team will be helping on 4/5th. As GR said; all they need to show is sc5-5.5 which is satisfactory for what they need and most plants are producing. If they can start producing this and the tonnage, we should hear more about Glencore in the next few weeks. He did mention in a previous rns around 17th July for the next update on Glencore.

If all goes well with the primary floatation plant, we will see the sp rocket and more news on Glencore will be even more

Most companies that have a positive audit of accounts have a lift in the sp on the day of release; let's hope that's the case with pow. Hopefully they give some more exciting news to push us in the right direction. Perhaps news of a share buyback; that usually comes around the same time as an audit. They will need to arrange an Agm for this though. Come on Sean 🙏

It'll be good to see how Graham works alongside GR until he retires. More news to come Monday. It's going to be an interesting couple of months. I expect an another stockbox interview soon

Neredowell, why do you think investors understood the model when pj was ceo? We had alot more movement a few years ago in the sp. Do you think investors are struggling to understand and that's the reason they aren't buying?

I think you're right and we need a discovery. Hopefully from the Uranium drilling coming up. We do need a share buyback as well and then perhaps investors will see that the model works within pow. They have built up the project, spun the ipo out, made a large amount of profit and fed this back into further projects and also allowing shareholders to benefit from the profits by buybacks or dividends. News of a buyback would imo make people see that pow shareholders are rewarded from the business model.
