The Uranium could be huge for pow, but we do need regular news updates. Not just rns, but on their website with pictures/videos/interviews. They need to make the Uranium projects a big deal

Because most are waiting to see the news on the plant running before they buy. Silly to wait imo. Because if the primary floatation plant works well after testing, then the market will get flooded with buying and 12.00 will disappear very, very quickly and then the news on Glencore signing will push the sp further up

Enprotec and the reagent team will be onsite to assist. It won't be long before we hear some news. Next week hopefully we will know if the primary floatation plant is running as required. I'd be very surprised if doesn't work with all the experts there. Both Enprotec and the reagent team will have knowledge from working with flotation plants from other companies. They don't just work for zulu

3. Authorise board to fix remuneration of auditors

4. Re-elect Edmund Shaw as director

5. Authorise issue of equity

6. Authorise issue of equity without pre-emptive rights

7. Authorise market purchase of ordinary shares

Number 7 is the share buyback

If Sean arranges a share buyback and we have very positive news from the Uranium project this year, then pow will be running with the bulls. It's been a couple of years of our bull sleeping 😴 💤

If they reward us with a buyback from the last ipo, if the vote goes through in the next agm of course. Then it'll be another one to look forward to if they make similar profits. Maybe a dividend next time around from the FDR and the rest of the gmet in the future; especially if they also make cash from a discovery in our Uranium project.

The only time we will catch up to these other ipos is from people buying pow. We won't see any raise if they only buy into the ipos only, especially if they see the company doesn't reward them. Let's see this year after the AGM

Another good reason for a share buyback. A large amount like 200,000 and the price hardly moves at all. Apart from the buyback on the agm vote; what else was there? Is it available to place votes on all platforms?

Canmax knows that if the primary floatation is working to plan and Glencore sign up; the sp will go up and they will make alot more, plus the rest. They aren't stupid. They know what they are doing

If a share buyback of the maximum 17,250,000 was taken off the shares in issue that would give us 98,360,000 in issue. That by the current market cap would be around 16p. That's even before people have bought from the news of a buyback. So from the regular 12-13p that would increase in the value

We closed at 13.50 today and I can't remember the last time we had so many people chatting on here reacting to the AGM and the share buyback isnt official with an rns yet and hasn't been voted on either until the 25th July, but can you just imagine the reaction if it passes and goes through. I imagine the large majority will vote for. If you voted for dilution in the past, your bound to vote for getting some of them shares bought back. Very positive for pow

The sp has hardly moved in the last couple of years. The only way the sp will go up imo, is for a share buyback or dividend to show investors the model works for pow shareholders and there is a reward for the long-term patience. If they just keep doing what they are doing and never reward the shareholders, nothing will change.

The only other way without this, is a discovery from our Uranium project; but that's not guaranteed. We all thought molopo was the project that was going to boost the sp and look what happened there. Let's wait and see though 🙏🤞

Then there will be 98 million shares in issue and a healthy sp. What's not to like about that? The company wouldn't be able to afford a dividend, so how would you suggest shareholders receiving benefits from the company making profits? (Which is part of the model and in the rns)

How many aim penny stock companies have had a share buyback recently after covid? I can't think of any; only ftse 100/250 companies. That's also another big positive thing to attract new investors to pow.
