You said that before ACAM came on the scene and I was talking about the same exact thing and not having it as an ipo and making it a jv. You said and others said I didn't know what I was talking about then. Now we have free drilling to eventually a discovery and that will lead to more cash profits.

Gmet is already an ipo and so it makes sense to have a share buyback. Another thing I was talking about before the partial sell and most didn't agree with that either. If gmet had been created similar to the ucam jv, we wouldn't need a share buyback. Even if we were 24p now from being part of a jv with gmet; that is better than 14.50p. Imo we would be alot more than 24p if it had been created differently. This is something I'd love to see more of in the future. FDR is going to be an ipo unfortunately, but I hope more JVs come soon to create more news for us and a push in our own sp

Rick rule recently has been talking about Gold, silver and Uranium. We have our Uranium project on the go and drilling started last month. We need some news on tati as well (our gold project). Hopefully doc83 can get update on this for us.

If only FDR was created as a JV as now UCAM is. Before ACAM came on the scene, the Uranium projects were set for an ipo release and now luckily we have the JV, thanks to Sean and this is one reason recently our sp is going up again. Some here might not agree with my posts, but I did post the same before ACAM and now aren't we happy? 😀

We gradually moved up from the drilling starting and Sean in the rick rule symposium. It's gone up slightly from 12.00 to recently 15.50 and we've dropped a bit now. All from the jv with ucam (I keep pushing) not from any ipo. News on a share buyback from Sean will be the next push. All imo

Graham walks in the door tomorrow. I think we will have an rns tomorrow morning. We may get an update on the Glencore non binding contract tomorrow, but they still have until the 23rd July incase they don't mention anything. This will be extended by a month or 2 imo

Last week to put your vote through for the Agm. Most important to vote for the share buyback, which is the last point on the list.

Also doc83 has kindly said he will be making a list of questions for the AGM, which will be on the 25th July, if anyone has anything to add. So far I think we have; an update wanted on tati and molopo

No I'm saying what I said prior to the ucam jv (when it was planned as an ipo like gmet) and I'm sticking by my guns. More JVs like the Uranium project that falls into our rns.

Most people don't like my thoughts , but nobody is complaining about the Uranium projects now. Sol is silly and waffling, until Sean releases news and then it's not silly 😜

The sp has been moving back up very slowly because of the JV with Ucam and the drilling starting. All news under pow's rns

I go by facts as you do with the numbers. Look at the history of our sp since the ipo went live and tell me if I speak the truth or not? 2 years since gmet and we haven't moved and people saying constantly, we will catch up soon. We currently have already sold part of gmet and will eventually sell the rest. Once we have sold out of gmet, maybe the price will move, but investors aren't buying from the numbers you've been posting and what profits we have from the ipo. So if the price hasn't moved from gmet in 2 years, what makes you think FDR will be different.

I much prefer the JV approach and I was saying that before ACAM came onboard with an offer and Sean was releasing the Uranium projects as an ipo. Nobody liked my thoughts then and called me silly until Sean released the news and then everyone changed their tune. Now we have ucam and millions for drilling

The ipo will go live, no stopping that now; but wouldn't it be a good idea since we have a large percentage in FDR, that we received rns as well when they do. FDR/POW. It may draw investors our way at the same time when and if there is positive news. I'm thinking as a POW investor here, that clearly wants to see all our sp go up, even Tray's (even though he's not bothered)

We can't just rely on the Uranium and a share buyback (if Sean arranges one)

News for pow is what moves our price. The ipo has separate news that doesn't move our sp. As Pete said, we need the Uranium to come back with a discovery. We need more JVs under our own news flow. I'm talking about ipos doc and Tray just thinks I'm waffling. Am I not making sense with the sp history? Has anyone looked up the history going back to gmet going live to now

Yes doc83 a share buyback would be great news for us and would be under our rns

I'm going to be watching the sp here when FDR goes live. I won't be investing in the spin out, because I invest in pow. So let's see shall we how the market reacts to the spin out from live date to 6 months later. Will we move on the ipo only

Tray waffling about the model that clearly hasn't worked for pow holders and numbers that clearly not done anything for us. Maybe you're a gmet investor and that's why or on commission. You clearly don't know nothing about the sp history and don't really care about your sp not moving (not pow anyway)

Im here invested in pow only and have been for a while. So if the model works for investors only, why hasn't the sp moved. We can say it will catch up soon, but you've been saying that for while now. What are we waiting for exactly?

The non binding agreement will be extended by 1 to 2 months imo. We will see this or the following week. But they have until the 23rd

3 months almost up. In most cases, these are extended. I think this will be the case in the next update. This isn't a bad thing, but quite normal in my past experience. All imo

Tray's another one that doesn't care that the sp doesn't move, but post numbers that the market knows about and hasn't attracted interest.

I hope I'm wrong with FDR, but as I said the sp history proves the ipo way doesn't work for the share price here. I go by facts as well and that's a fact anyone can search and see. Let's see when fdr starts in a couple of weeks shall we and also see if Sean arranges a share buyback. He should if the vote goes through. But if he is added more shares as Pete says, then we are back to square one because 13,333,333 is almost the maximum of the buyback.

We are supposed to be investors of pow here and should be wanting the price to go up and not pushing for something that has proven not to move us forward. If I'm wrong about the ipo spin out with the sp only (because that's how we make our profit, not by non existent dividends) show me from the date that the ipo went live and where its gone up to close yesterday

The Uranium project is free. Tray keeps saying that too. So why would a jv similar to the Uranium project be any different?

Explain why the sp also hasn't gone up since gmet went live and dropped from going live from 17.00 to 15.00 (where we are sitting currently) when will pow sp catch up with gmet on their news?

2 years now and it's still not. How many more years do we wait, especially if a share buyback isnt done after the agm.

You must admit if you've been here years too bonkers, the sp history tells us everything. Let's see from the day fdr goes live and I'll ask the same question if we don't move

If I was Sean, I would of released FDR as a jv. They have a percentage like they do with the Uranium, but news would be released here and investors would be buying here. Imagine where our sp would be if he had done that with gmet. Issue is Sean doesn't seem bothered about pow's share price and he has said that in an interview before. Very different from pj. But then we had more news flow to push up the price.

We are investors of POW here and should want the price to move. Like Pete, I've been here for more than 3 years and would love to see the sp go up under Sean. Currently we are sitting at the same price from 2 years ago

Yes but the difference is when the results come back from the Uranium drilling and if they are positive; the rns will drop here and rhe market will react to our news. Gmet has had lots of news on their ipo and has gone up and we are still the same as when they went live. Any positive news under pow will help push us up and that will be for JVs. If we have a share buyback, will fdr or gmet react to the news on pow rns? Very doubtful

I may be wrong with FDR. Only on the day and after we will see how pow sp reacts and secondly if Sean does arrange a share buyback after the results of the AGM. Time will tell
