Once the results come through without delays and causing suspensions; that should give more confidence. The company is definitely going in the right direction and I'm looking forward to hearing more company updates. They could also arrange interviews and this will attract more buyers imo

George Roach has agreed not to seek any repayment of the Loan until the earlier of either 21 June 2026, or an agreement from a reputable buyer acceptable to Canmax Technologies Co., Ltd ("Canmax") that they will settle and/or manage the outstanding prepayment amount plus interest owed to Canmax ("Extension"). This Extension is conditional on there being no further default under the Loan.

Imagine if more people wanted to have a blood test for pfas, especially women who want to have children one day. There is already lawsuits. If a few eu politicians have this showing in their blood samples, it's likely its in most or all of us

The Microtox LX is used for testing toxicity in water including the phosphorus mentioned in the article. They are working with Welsh water for the pfas, so let's hope they can assist with helping the government with this. They should give the politicians here a pfas blood test like they did in the EU and make it public.

If you don't have shares in prem Acker, I'd wait and see if Glencore extends the non binding contract first and perhaps its worth a gamble. If they do, it will definitely force the BOD to get things done in the extension time they have

I'm holding, since I don't have much choice, but I'm not buying more until I know what is happening with Glencore. If they do sign, it's more likely Graham will definitely take over. If Glencore walks away, I don't see him staying on a sinking ship that will be sold off

If Glencore doesn't sign an official contract or extend to give prem more time and walks away, it's all over. We will soon find out, but I think they will extend and that will be positive news if they do

Premier has entered into a non-binding letter of interest with Glencore International Ag ("Letter") regarding the possible purchase of spodumene concentrate and repayment and/or management of the prepayment amount plus interest owed in respect of the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu").

Premier has agreed with Canmax Technologies Co., Ltd to use its best endeavours within the next three months to have the letter issued as a binding agreement subject to pre-conditions inter alia that the plant achieves the required grade and tonnage.

Most important for us now; is for them to get Glencore fully onboard to pay off the debt and Graham hill to take over from George as ceo. All will be revealed in the coming weeks/months. I still believe the non binding contract will be extended from next week for a month or 2. The last rns on Glencore was 23rd April and said they had 3 months

Acker is a shorter and not a long term holder. Same for jaglith etc

It's not as bad as some are making out and it doesn't say the new inserts aren't working and the secondary flotation plant is still being completed as back up and not as the primary floatation plant. More testing from Monday and an update on Glencore should be next week as well
