Since this meeting today is for shareholders, I hope Sean has some good ideas up his sleeves to fix our sp. It hasn't recovered from when pj stepped down unfortunately. Molopo didn't help the situation either. This is one reason they need to show it wasn't all for nothing. Perhaps with news of a jv and more drilling

Kelladee it's only a ban on lithium concentrate by 2027. Lithium ore was banned in 2022

Moving up slowly today. Will we hear something later or next week. I'd prefer next week imo, if it gets things sorted and we can get good news on Glencore hopefully 🤞

I remember that well. We used to have at least 3 rns a month and plenty of interviews and the sp was over double what it is now. Shame it didn't build back up after the news on molopo and pj having to step down for personal family commitments. Let's hope we have a bounce up tomorrow 🙏

The reason for a share buyback is to show that the model benefits shareholders as per the rns and what PJ and Sean have been saying. Either benefiting by buybacks or by dividends. If you've been here long enough, you'd know we've been waiting a while for this and a buyback will show the company is in a strong position. We've had dilution in the past, so there's nothing wrong with buying the shares back now to reward us long term holders

If they were to sell their testing equipment to all universities that study water pollution as part of a degree (environmental studies) in the uk and perhaps in other countries including the USA. This would be huge business and would help out the lack of staff and expense of hiring teams for testing

Metir/modern water has the equipment for testing, but not the man power to go out and test the waters in the uk. If there was a way to expand to include a team to test, I'm sure they would get government funding for this. If we rely on the water companies to fix the pollution in this country, we will be looking way past 2030. Perhaps if there was a way to include this into universities and the environmental studies. Get the students to test using metir equipment

ICB888, look it's not my decision at the end of the day or anyone else's here what they do with the cash and shares in the ipos. We just have our own opinions on this chat room and then we wait for Sean to make his own decisions that are approved by the team at power. I'm sure you'd agree though, that using some of the cash from the previous sale of gmet shares should be used as part of a share buyback that's in the vote (point 7) We will soon find out from Sean what's happening. Also I'm sure they will need cash for more opportunities in the power Arabia and I definitely don't want them coming back to us for new shares for that. Same for molopo. I think they've gone as far as they can on their own and need a partner to help with further drilling and expenses (similar to the Uranium we have)

But any new projects coming, they need to avoid coming back to shareholders and issuing new shares. All imo

ICB888 I'm not the only one that thinks it's a good idea to sell part or all of gmet now. Of course you are going to want pow to invest more or hold onto their holdings; you're an investor in gmet. The news from the US grant, which all gmet investors have been wanting, hasn't seen much movement in the sp. Infact its dropped from this morning and now stands currently the same as it was around a week ago. Sean will decide what needs to be done, gmet is doing fine, but they need to look at ways to create movement in our own sp now. We are struggling to get over 16p. We really do need more news under our rns and a share buyback ASAP

The grant that gmet has been waiting for all this time has come. There has been dilution as well today and likely more dilution to come if they want to start building a fully functioning mine. Will they get more grant money and when will they start making cash profits from selling the tungsten?

They say the sp should be 24p here, so amateurinvester is right; I'd take that with a pinch of salt

For us to move to 24p we really need a discovery from the Uranium or some huge news under our news flow; but the sp here is definitely undervalued

They need to buy back into their own stock, which is what we are hoping to hear this Friday 🙏 it's more than likely they will be using other funds for new projects as well for the power Arabia perhaps and selling, rather than buying bits of their gmet shares. I think someone asked doc83 that as a question for Sean.

I'm personally hoping for another JV with molopo. Maybe UCAM might be interested in the nickel.

They aren't buying more

Pow has 24,699,825 in gmet as shares currently. You can work that out

If there's no news on Glencore today, then they must be waiting to see what happens from the tests this week and we will hear something more next week. Enprotec does this for a living with other companies as well as Zulu, so they must know how to figure this out. They 29 of them; 1 of them should know

Pow's sp is very undervalued now. If Sean sold, we would have almost £18 million from gmet. That's more than our market cap. Now with the agm on Fri. We should hear if pow has a share buyback. This will definitely help move us move up. This and the Uranium, which is almost a month in with the drilling; we should see this undervalued sp disappear soon and people will be wishing they had bought in earlier than later

They have 29 Enprotec staff onsite that will run the plant from tonight and through the week doing tests. It'll be interesting to see how the market reacts to the interview tomorrow. We know the negative posters will put holes in everything. Good to hear from Graham as well. He seems very positive.

Look forward to the news after this week. Will they update on Glencore in the next couple of days or wait until this week is complete first. It will be 3 months on Wednesday
