...more I think about it, the more I think FF & Aspirin as a combined drug, is aimed at the secondary prevention market.
I know this runs against the primary prevention strategy of the Company, but I can't see it being used in primary prevention due to Aspirin's side effects.
This might make way for a full scale drug trial in the years to come.
I'm no expert...just my initial thoughts.
Out of interest, can the combination of 2 supplements / drugs, reduce the side effects of side effects usually seen when one of the supplements / drugs is used alone? I've not heard of it before, but I'm not an expert on this.
Hey gixer, superb stuff. I'm hoping the study is near completion.
Do u know what this study will help us to achieve. Maybe I'm too hung up on the fact SAMR doesn't allow healthy blood flow / platelet function claims! So, not sure what we will achieve.
It has occurred to me that I imagine Aspirin is sold in China for secondary prevention of heart disease , so how are they able to market their health claims given the Bluecap constraints?
...Perhaps Aspirin is evaluated differently as a drug as opposed to a supplement.
.....I suggested it to her, but it ends up being too expensive for her. She now seems to want to just combine FF+ with a drink. My stepdad takes Fruitflow+ every day (has done for a few years), which has reduced his blood pressure.
Hello, I realise this isn't of any real relevance, but it's not as if there is much activity on the forum at the moment, so thought I would post something.
I was Googling the other day trying to find some Fruitflow for my mum, and I came across an old DSM presentation back in November 2014.

I think it's at the bottom of page 19, under the title 'Fruitflow - a natural blood thinner', there's an example of a product called 'Freeflow....helps reduce the risk of blood clots'. Also, another one called 'Smoothflow - a natural blood thinner'.
At the time, I remember getting so excited about this, imagining the potential of Fruitflow. There is serious potential with Fruitflow.
Okay, I don't think we are going to be able to put a claim like 'reduces risk of blood clots', but any of us who have done a bit of research, know that it does. Fruitflow is an incredible product, which is partly why the long wait is so frustrating. I think we'll get there though.
Seeing that image of 'Freeflow' also brought back memories of being really unwell. It was at that exact time when I became really ill with a stomach virus and other serious symptoms, which ended up with a stay in hospital, and then a diagnosis of MS in Dec 2015 (yeah, it took a year to get diagnosed!). I remember waiting 5 hours in the waiting room. Turned out that it was a bad flu / virus season in 2014. Pales into insignificance compared to what's happening now, however!

Hi Guys, looking for some help please. My mum has a phobia swallowing large tablets / capsules, and so this rules out FF+O3. Is Sirco still sold these days? That is her first option. Second option are small tablets. I've suggested putting FF+ in a hot drink to allow contents to dissolve, but she just won't go there. I'd have no problem doing that but she does. She wants Sirco.
Hi hairydavey, I'm sure there is a lot going on behind the scenes. I'm probably going to get hammered by others on here for saying that. It just would make no sense at for the Company not to be looking at the pandemic as an opportunity. One big issue though, there is no health claim that can be made in China in respect to improved blood flow. It's in China that we will get the marketing with a big player, but how do you market the blood flow benefit when SAMR won't allow a blood flow Bluehat claim? We can get the blood pressure claim, but is that relevant to Coronavirus?
Hey gixer, that's brilliant! Some light reading for me to do tonight! I see that blood flow as a category does not exist under which to claim. I do find that a bit odd. But, we do have the reduced blood pressure to go for. I imagine all the blood flow evidence can be used to support the reduced blood pressure claim as well as the lowering of cholesterol claim. Do u know how many participants were in the cholesterol trial? It might be on the link but couldn't see it.
Hi davidxie, thank u! Fabulous info. One question I have is, why is hypertension the only area that Fruitflow can be granted Bluehat? There are 3 pillars of heart health, which are: Cholesterol, blood flow, hypertension. Fruitflow, as we all know, is well proven for helping blood flow. So, I was hoping we could get Bluehat for 2 pillars. I seem to recall gixer posting a link to a study ongoing for affect of Fruitflow on cholesterol. So, that would make it 3 pillars. So, why not potentially 3 X Bluehats?
Hi guys, is this a product we are aware of. I was Googling just now, and it appeared;

Hi davidxie, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions - most insightful. I think u are our 'Go to' guy given you are Chinese! Please stay in touch. We need u here! Some of the information in your last post is something which would be hard to get from anywhere else. I take it you have lived there? Given you can understand Chinese, I'm assuming you are Chinese? Are there any subtle differences in the way in which people in China view health supplements compared to the West? I wonder if they are more inclined to buy natural health supplements than go for prescription drugs? Or perhaps they do both? The 20% growth on goat milk and soy powder is impressive. I think the question is, how much do the 'worried well' people in China care about heart health? I know I'm blurting out question after question, however I'm truly passionate about Fruitflow. I've had these shares (and it's a huge investment for me) for about 10 years now. So, this matters. Thank u again to u, Gixer, and everyone for helping to get some positive news for us. It could be a good time to get products out there in the Coronavirus world. It almost sounds bad to think of a product doing well due to such a tragic pandemic, but Fruitflow is relevant when it comes to smoothing out sticky blood, which Coronavirus seems to cause. Once we have Bluehat, then hopefully the Company can get stand alone Fruitflow products (or Fruitflow Plus products) marketed and distributed by COFCO, depending on how much they wish to push the product.
Hi davidxie. Thank u! So, it's not branded 'Fruitflow' in China? Also, I don't want to be seen as being negative since I'm positive about the sheer potential of Fruitflow, but how well do you think the soy & goat milk powder will sell in China? Given your knowledge of China, will it sell big? What kind of numbers can we expect? Is this the sort of product that will be in supermarkets & health shops throughout China? What sales channels do you envisage? Thank u in advance. The more we get our heads together on this new product, then we have a better idea as to whether this is a game changer or not! Sock.
Hi gixer. Wow! Thanks. I can see a few of the products are Bluehat. Is Fruitflow just in the soy & goat milk powder product? A bit of a shame Fruitflow isn't mentioned on the box? Is it still called Fruitflow in this product? I would have thought it more appropriate it was in some of the more tomato supplement products? I stand to be corrected as it's hard to understand due to language barrier. You are a top man. Thanks for your work. Sock.
