Thank u. davidxie77, Wow...150. That's a lot more than I had in mind. I'm out of touch on the EFSA approved health claims for reducing blood pressure, which I think is only fish oils and potassium.

So, I take it there are lots of different plant extracts and minerals over in China that can make the blood pressure claim?

Maybe that's not a bad thing as it helps to build awareness.

I was thinking that Fruitflow might be amongst only a handful of other blood pressure lowering supplements in China.

With EFSA, there was a website that listed all approved health claims, which was very useful to see which claims had been approved and the company that had received the approval?

It would be nice to know if there were any other blood pressure lowering products out there in China that have had Blue Hats.

Hi davidxie77 - Just out of interest, on the By health website (UK site), I counted 69 products. So, in terms of there being 200 products, are only 69 available online, and the rest u have to buy in shops? Or, is it that only 69 are available on the UK site?

Perhaps By-health have exclusively in China. You'd think that if By-health are going to pay for trials etc, and marketing, that would be in the arrangement. But, there are other countries / continents. I realise there's no evidence to back up this, however.

Aspirin & FF trial might be because of Aspirin resistance. Taking FF with it should help.

From the December '18 interim results... I think this is the most recent...

'The two completed studies (a human study and an animal study) showed excellent results in use for Fruitflow®, and BY-HEALTH intends to make its first blue cap submission to the SAMR for Fruitflow® in February 2019, with a further blue cap submission envisaged later in 2019, both to include references to the Company's existing European Food Safety Authority ('EFSA') health claim for Fruitflow'.

I suspect By-health are happy to pay for all the studies. I think Chinese philosophy in particular is to see things long term. A bit of money now for studies, and then reep the substantial rewards later on. I imagine that By-health will also learn a lot in terms of how to conduct trials given Provexis is very good in that area. I was watching a video the other day about China spending a lot of money building roads in an African country (I forget which one) and they didn't want anything in return. The purpose was to generate goodwill and show off what China can do, and later on down the line it is hoped it will lead to substantial economic projects / rerurns. Anyway, I know this is all speculation, but I wanted to get my thoughts out.

I think all the studies are to be financed by By-health. As per the December RNS;

'...with all projects envisaged to be at By-Health's sole expense'.

'Projects conducted under the agreement will be focussed on specific areas of commercial focus for By-Health, and the first project which has been agreed will concentrate on the use of Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise, an area of considerable commercial interest to By-Health in China.'

So, from what I can gather, there's 3 products in By-health's sports range, which have Blue Hats:
Vitamin B, Multivitamin, and L-caritine.

It seems to be a real plus point to have a Blue Hat.

For example, with regards to the Gymmax L-caritine product, when u watch the video, they make a big point of Blue Hat. In the video, there's a bit where they zoom right in just to show off the Blue Hat symbol.

And, all 3 of the products displayed on the Gymmax internet, are positioned in a way to show the Blue Hat symbol.

So, in terms of a Blue Hat health claim, I think it's something the Company would be pursuing.

Thank u. gixer, do u have a good link to all of By-health's sports product range at all? I can't see any claims on any of the sports products that I can find by By-health. ......I used to have a link to their Blue hat products, but can't find that either.

Dr. O'Kennedy talks about sports nutrition in the context of health claims. 3 mins 15 secs into the video, she talks about there being scope for proprietary health claims for sports nutrition. Given what u have said in your last post, do u know why she would talk about proprietary health claims? Maybe it's in respect to FSDU?

Just wondering if the Company could make a claim that Fruitflow with nitrates '
alleviating physical fatigue' which is something we can claim under SAMR.

This might then be the second Blue cap claim.

It's just s thought... obviously this is speculation and joining dots, so I could be way off.

Company seems to be making a big deal of sports, i.e. from the interim results, the Company stated;

'...the first project agreed concentrating on the use of Fruitflow with nitrates in exercise, an area of considerable commercial interest to By-Health'.

There is mention of fatigue in patents and even in the research paper which can be found at https://www.fruitflowplus.com/sportrecovery/

It's in China that we will get traction although it will be about blood pressure and not blood flow. I know u and other shareholders know this but wanted to throw it out there anyway. Weird how China don't see blood flow as a functional health claim. Maybe they will at some point.

Dr Fauci's boss briefly mentions blood clots 7 minutes into the video. Blood clots are definitely an issue with this virus.

Okay, obviously, FF would not be used at the stage when someone becomes seriously ill, but you'd think it would help a lot if individuals had been taking it daily prior to and during being ill with it. My whole family are taking it every day.

I'm sure the Company is looking at this avenue. I just wish we could have the blood flow claim over in China! But we can't! Argghh. SAMR doesn't accept claims for that.
