Sorry if anyone else has already picked this up, but there is one encouraging piece of news on new Multicom website.
It is under the section headed environmental.
Epic Environmental (the company of environmental specialists doing the Environmental Impact Statement for the St Elmo project state the following among their CORE VALUES....

'As a core value, Multicom will ensure that it is positively contributing to society and the environment. Implementation of initiatives that result in community benefits, environmental enhancements and reduced consumption of water, power and reagents will be a focus and can commence in the development phase'.

Note well the the emphasis on REDUCED REAGENTS....this is a key selling point of AXM process.

Someone mentioned that lack of news from Multicom is probably due to their hands being legally tied due to their impending IPO...........I suppose that is probably the reason that AXM themselves can't keep us freely informed of the progress, because if AXM let news out that the JV was going well, that would also affect Multicoms IPO. i.e. AXMs own hands are probably legally tied right now, even if they were busting a gut to give shareholders some good news.

Just a thought.

Do you think they might be going for a process owned by Downers, rather than AXM? .........Does Downers own the 'proven process' Multicom allude to on their website?........... I'm getting a quezey feeling here.

On their St Elmo project they say ...

'Proven Processing Technology: Previous test work examined various leaching regimes at atmospheric conditions. The best results were achieved from a pressure/temperature leach followed by the traditional vanadium pentoxide recovery process including solvent extraction, de-silication, AMV precipitation and de-ammoniation'
Does this mean we are out?....

....AMX process was at normal temperature /pressure wasn't it?

TDT, Nothing personal. but you say you don't know how to value this company, and then say you are just waiting for the licence award at Monchetundra..... what on earth do you think everyone else is waiting for!.......it's the company maker!!....and that is precisely how you and everyone else can value this company.....they either get the licence or they don't!...if they do they are worth a fortune, if they don't it all goes to ratsh*t........you pays yer money and you takes yer chance...simple as! If it was easy to value any company, everyone and his dog would buy in...easy peasy lemon squeezy! Unfortunately, it doesn't work out as simple as that in real life. The upshot is this......everyone who has faith in the company would be well advised to stay in. Everyone who doesn't have faith in the company would be well advised to get out and invest somewhere they are more comfortable with. As for myself.....I'm in!

Why have they not published these yet? very frustrating....I suppose they are not good? previous years results have been published before end of May! Isn't it a requirement of AIM that they must be published?

Why high volume sells now?...anyone would have to be insane to sell now.........doesn't look remotely kosher. Just for example, 7K & 3K+ sells...IMMEDIATELY after 15K buy to neutralise effect. Who's playing games? Desperate attempt to keep SP from flying?

Spud, This is brilliant piece of work. Who is David? Can this be uploaded to somewhere where it will be under the noses of many more potential large investors/institutions? Which is the most read site? How about a submission to the London Financial Times? Would the BOD have to do that.....are they allowed to do that? Infa is going to be a tsunami when all the facts sink in to those with the clout to buy in bulk.

Hopefully some clarity on progress with JV. They are going to be pitching the vast potential of the Vanadium project....surely this is going to attract much investment in any company involved. Is it possible that as soon as positive news on that scale is in public domain that AXM shares may be temporarily (and without notice) suspended whilst a rapid re-rate takes place? They have a large processing plant close to Montechundra.....do you think they may be considering swallowing EUA to build up stockpiles of palladium? They have known 2M ounces are on their doorstep for some while now.

Very difficult to get info on Multicom JV project. There is a fair bit about the vanadium project Environmental Impact Assessment/Statement on the Queensland Government website as a public consultation is involved. It is an extremely complex procedure. I emailed the Q Govt 2 days ago to try and get hold of a little info on progress of the V project (presumably they are watching it like hawks)..... hopefully might get a reply soonish. It was along the lines of could they tell me who makes the decisions (and where will it first be published) on which of the viable process methods included in the statement will be used and will the decision be based on green or financial/convenience reasons (i.e. the caustic soda method verses ammonia heap leaching). Will pass on any info asap (if they reply!). One thing is sure...you have to speculate to accumulate...waiting for results may be too late because the sp will skyrocket if all goes well...I don't want to be crying into my regretti spaghetti. IMHO .....now is the time!
