Submission of a Prospectus

The Company submitted the first draft of the prospectus to the FCA for approval on 18 April 2023. The Company is working with its advisers to seek approval of the prospectus by the FCA and will update the market in due course.

I would be amazed if no more dilution, currently 6.6 million MCAP, after prospectus and issue of shares, hopefully MCAP isn't toppy and and still makes it look attractive.

Need Prospectus out of the way ASAP, risk still hanging while wait continues.
