So no real news this week - Omega communicated that TT is ongoing as well as later in the week tweeting about the study that showed antibodies were created from illness and lasted at least 5 months. Hopefully some news this next week and a bit less negativity from Guardian / Sky on the LFT's - they are not all like Innova!

AVCT is a funny one - there LFT delayed quite a bit - BAMS not sure about, though the SP is holding up pretty well all things considered so I assume something is coming.....

I did similar - hopefully ODX pop first then AVCT - thats the plan anyway !!

= DHSC survey is checking all 3 antibody types so can't use the UKRTC test as this only picks up the antibody that the vaccines create (IGg)

UKRTC is awaiting MHRA home use approval which is dependent on the DHSC giving it the thumbs up

I have never been in a share where so many investors have a differnt view of info - this tech transfer is a great example - the exact start of it isn't clear, even the RNS on the 24th just mentions a tech team and it finishing in the new year. Both a bit vague for me!

As investors, it should be clear as day and nailed on so conversations like the below can't occur......

MIKODX - I almost made the same mistake, after TILS went down to about 75p! - luckily chose to sell GDR (sucking up the 60% loss - grrr!)

Whichever Antibody LFT they are using, it is not the UKRTC test as that only picks up the IGg antibody, but the LFT tests they show have the 3 antibody tests so it could be our Visitect test which detects all 3 antibodies IgM/IgA/IgG?

Deeks has been ****ging off LFT for the past few months and this has done nothing to the govt decision on the use of LFT's.

Govt trying to roll this out ASAP - they have bended the rules on the time between first and 2nd dose, the intial advised 15 mins obvs after the vaccination for Azn has been dropped - they don't want a

As said, this initial round - they want everyone vaccinated now so it is a blanket coverage so they know (hypothetically at least!) that people have between 70% and 95% effiacy.

After this, they study how long the vaccines last - based on vaccine as well as other factors - age etc

Then, I presume we will get guidance on drugging intervals - this is the point I suspect that the UKRTC test will come into to the fore.

But is this an at home LFT or an at home Elisa test?

Agreed, the antibody tests won't really get there moment until a few months - more like H2.

This if you are paying attention to ODX should not be a surprise - Colin has always stated his minimum (and ongoing volume for the past 4 months) is 200k per week - extrapolate that to the UKRTC of which we are 25%, then we have a weekly total of 800k - PA that is 41m tests - which is someway south of CIGA's 'billions' claim.

For ODX, Colin was always keen to point out that the manufacturing would ramp up to 2m - 2.5m per week from April - that was not the UKRTC, that was the Mologic test. Never was planned to be the main product and we are seeing that now!

Though lets not forget ODX have an Elisa antibody test which I am sure I remember Colin mention something about that in one of the presentations.......

Exactly - I am looking at ODX long term - they have the other non-covid busines, great (and they invested more in this area with the placing).

What happens medium to long term?

I suspect Antibody tests will become a larger part of our manufacturing

Mologic are working on converting a Lamp test at Glasgow uni to an LFT that can identify 3 things - Flu / Covid and something else I forget - I can see that being a long term product - be nice if we can get that.
