Yeah, a few profit takers but they gave sold far too early imv as everything still to play for here. Each to his own though
There is a delayed sell to come through later as more available on the ask now.
Initial tp here for me is 15p and then review depending on news. Still doesn't get back to the price of a year or so ago
Yep, my guess is the book will shift straight to 7 on the bid and 7.50 ask
Overhang now gone, mm's just trying to manage the rise. Will jump shortly I think to about 25% up
Yes, they finished selling earlier in the week.
Good here chaps
Yes, I have been topping up too, yesterday and this morning. Think this offers an excellent entry around these prices
Huge commitment shown by the principal shareholders here. Not only have they given an interest free, unsecured loan of £1.5m, they are also happy to convert the loan at a 150% premium to the prevailing sp. bear in mind these guys are on the bod so know exactly what is going on with the company
Wonder what value that gives to SPPC's holding?
To see the immense value here is finally being recognised
Excellent idea Ian. I think as many investors as possible should attend the AGM. I certainly came away very impressed from my conversations with PJ. Have added again today on the drop.
It is indeed an odd one. There no way that the mm's would take 1,000,000 shares at that price unless it was some sort of transfer and the buyer hasn't shown his hand yet. Equally, why are Stream are selling at this point having been in since the start?
What we need to remember is that away from all of this noise we have an underlying business that is cash generative and with Freepaymaster has the opportunity to grow exponentially by the ability to offer a suite of products, something that Boxhill were not in a position to do previously. I keep coming back to the fact that, unlike the majority of small companies on AIM Boxhill haven't had to to dilute shareholders to keep the lights on since the payments business has been delivering. It is a self sufficient, high margin rapid growth business, which with the correct corporate governance has the potential to deliver exponential growth over the next few years, long after all the noise has died down.
What's the betting the receivables are miraculously paid post any sale
Yes, I met with PJ. A very articulate and clever man. Can see him being a success on the sales side and he has experience in this role. What Boxhill need is a strong CEO with a long history of exceptional corporate governance. The two NED's are a good start, so lets see what comes next. I think the bad news is out in the open now
Yes, I have come to the conclusion that going over the notifable threshold is more trouble than it's worth. I bought some yesterday and will add further today.
Having sold down most of my holding I bought back in again on the drop this afternoon. My rationale behind selling was three fold, one being that I was over exposed, a fact highlighted by the suspension. Two being the ************* noise which was never going to have a positive impact on the price and three being the end shares hitting he market shortly with some possible loose holders in the mix. Addressing these points individually, 1. I now have a holding that I am comfortable with taking into account the risk factors 2. I feel the genie is out of the bottle now regarding the negative comments about the company and finally 3 the Emex holders are, I feel going to be reluctant to sell at around a third of the price they thought they were going to get. Anyway, should be an interesting ride.
Brazilian update as at 28th April http://potassiodobrasil.com.br/uploads/files/bpc_shareholder_update_bfs_28_april_2016-final.pdf
Good post Scott. I think the holistic offering will really deliver a step change in revenue and resultant profit. The acquisition costs are reduced through the organic development of the business and the threat of competition is also reduced by offering a one stop shop. It's a shame we could do this 6 months ago and see the results now, but I still have every confidence in delivery.
