Yes, huge anticipation for the return. I am still amazed that more didn't pick up on the appointment of Harry Stratford at the time and that it went in to suspension at around cash levels, especially given the number of shells that trade at a significant premium to cash based on purported good management. Anyway, all the better for those of us that took a position pre suspension. We really have a quality leadership team here which puts the majority of the rest of AIM to shame quite frankly.

Wise words about not investing more than you can afford to lose. Looking forward to the audited resets to enable the re-list which will hopefully accompanied by a trading update.

I only have my own thought on the revenues/profits for the 12 months from 1st January, so it only a guess, but I think that revenues of £4m to £5m are achievable with profits of £1.5m to £2m.

Morning, I think that revenues continue to increase and they are still on schedule for signing up one new customer a week. Once the EMEX offering is fully bedded in they can offer a much wider range of services to their existing customer base which will contribute significantly to the revenue as well.

The bottom line is that mmo is trading below cash and moving into fintech. Nyo is doing the same and has an mc of £1.7m with cash of £300k

The value will be determined by a valuation of the two companies purchased which in turn will be determined largely by their listed peer group. I think we could be looking at several multiples of £30m for starters. Have a look at the valuations of other listed companies that have similar drugs at the stage

Great post. I would concur with your thoughts. Surprised more didn't pick up on this when HS was appointed. The deal on what we know already has the potential to be truly breath taking and I look forward to watching the story unfold here.

Excellent news and very gratifying and equally rare to see a BOD on AIM deliver on their promises. Sometimes it's difficult to keep your eyes on the prize when other shares are flying up, but never sold a bean here and hold a decent position so hopefully the bod will carry on delivering as anticipated.
