Having sold down most of my holding I bought back in again on the drop this afternoon. My rationale behind selling was three fold, one being that I was over exposed, a fact highlighted by the suspension. Two being the ************* noise which was never going to have a positive impact on the price and three being the end shares hitting he market shortly with some possible loose holders in the mix. Addressing these points individually, 1. I now have a holding that I am comfortable with taking into account the risk factors 2. I feel the genie is out of the bottle now regarding the negative comments about the company and finally 3 the Emex holders are, I feel going to be reluctant to sell at around a third of the price they thought they were going to get. Anyway, should be an interesting ride.

Good post Scott. I think the holistic offering will really deliver a step change in revenue and resultant profit. The acquisition costs are reduced through the organic development of the business and the threat of competition is also reduced by offering a one stop shop. It's a shame we could do this 6 months ago and see the results now, but I still have every confidence in delivery.

Took some off the table earlier, purely as I was overexposed and the sudden suspension highlighted that fact. its a shame we couldn't come back with a net profit but I really think that the future is bright with box being able to offer a holistic solution thereby encapturing every pound of revenue available from their client base. Was always going to be a rocky first day, but a decent CEO appointment and projected revenues should put things back in to perspective.

The additional services offered by Freepaymaster offer a holistic solution. Previously Boxhill was missing out on business due to not offering a bouquet of products, some of which was high revenue and margin. The new approach also gives customers greater stickability and better referral potential. It also provides a solution to the casino cash funding problem so I expect to see developments there too.

Difficult one to predict. There will be a few stale Bulls given the length of time in suspension, but positive numbers will counteract any selling. Would be good to get some guidance for the year ahead, but not sure we will get that. The building blocks are now in place for Boxhill to develop into a larger company with the NED's providing good accounting experience and PJ freed up to focus on driving the sales, something that I am sure he will excel at. I am more confident than ever that my prediction of a £50m MC will happen in time here. The expansion into Malta is also very timely as many HNW's are moving their accounts and family offices there due to low taxes and general ease of doing business. Exciting times ahead I feel.

Cheers Pauli, Too kind. sometimes out of these difficult situations good things happen. The history of shares going in to suspension on AIM would generally favour a negative outcome, but the fact that PJ was happy to meet us and was candid regarding the business gave me a lot of comfort. This has also given us all the chance to meet other box investors albeit predominantly in a virtual sense and share ideas, which i have certainly found beneficial. Here's to the re-list and results. Onwards and upwards!

Summary Scott. Today's update was exactly what we were waiting for. The business is developing nicely and they have appointed two experienced NED's which were needed for the company to step up to the next level. Having PJ driving the sales is an inspired move and we wait to see who they will get in as the new CEO. Well done to all those who have patiently kept the faith which deserves the rewards

Yes, the only rational explanation would be due to the acquiring party sorting out the financing. The DD process can't be particularly exhaustive!

I think that previously the land was just included within the nav with a number associated to it. Nobody knew much about it other than it was 3 plots in Arjan. What we now have is cash in the bank for 1 of the plots which we know is the same size as the other two. We also now have cash in the bank which now considerably above the MC. Nav now is $1.05 per share vs an sp of .29.

Yes, with only two mm's who historically haven't held much stock due to the lack of interest and considering the significant discount to nav which following the sale now becomes real, I think you are right Leon

Nice blog, so well done for that. I am in lots of nano cap companies and post all of my trades on twitter. Apologies if you are offended that you spotted the company first but being a public company people can buy or sell whenever they want to. Probably like you I do all of my research from scratch so as not to be swayed by others opinions. Anyway well done here and good luck.
