Well having consigned my shareholding to the bottom draw some time ago, and watching my money ebb away, with countless jam tomorrow fundraises, dodgy boat deals horrendous port deals, Iran deals falling by the wayside, one would be mistaken for thinking this share was basically a lifestyle share for the fowler clan. However, having read the recent financials things were actually looking quite bright, in an effort to bring me to a profit I topped up with 250k about an hour before the announcement. I then went out all day and came back and read the announcement. I’m pleased to see this contract and any reference to funding its development looks not to dilute shareholders. I genuinely believe we will see a retrace back to double figures, and also the numbers quoted are on the tentatively conservative levels. 1.3 million shares that after about 10 years may see some value yet. We live in hope good weekend all.
Well after 10 years or so stuck in Wsg, I did something I NEVER thought I’d do, I topped up FFS. 250k at 3.44 delayed buy will show later, I think we may be on the cusp, but I’ve thought that a few times over the years lol
Good luck all

Democratic Republic of the Congo - Trade Agreements
Last published date: 2024-03-14
The DRC has bilateral trade agreements with over 50 countries and belongs to several international and regional trade organizations, including: the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA),the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI), the Economic Community of the Great Lakes Countries (ECGLC), the Organization for harmonization of the business law in Africa (OHADA), and the East African Community (EAC).
In March 2021, economic, commercial, and technical cooperation agreements between the DRC and Qatar were signed to guarantee the security and protection of massive investments. These agreements provide for the modernization and development of airport and port infrastructure as well as capacity building for Congolese sectoral experts. In June 2021, the DRC and Namibia were discussing the formalization of a trade agreement on the supply of horse mackerel fish. The DRC and Rwanda have signed three bilateral trade agreements. The first concerns traceability in gold mining. The second agreement concerns a convention for “the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes and income,” and the last covers “the promotion and protection of investments.” In October 2021, the DRC and Angola signed a trade agreement, including taxation, customs, transport, and an agreement for oil exploitation in common interest in September 2021. The DRC and Zambia signed a bilateral trade agreement in September 2021 as part of the improvement and development of their cross-border trade, including advancing the implementation of the MOU on the issue of importing maize and maize meal.
In February 2022, the DRC deposited its instrument of ratification and became the 42nd country to ratify the continent-wide African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA). The DRC signed AfCFTA in March 2018 and the National Assembly approved the treaty in April 2021. The agreement aims to facilitate imports and exports among member countries with reduced or zero tariffs, free market access and market information, and the elimination of trade barriers. In April 2022, the DRC joined the East African Community (EAC), depositing the instruments of ratification of accession to the EAC treaty with the bloc’s secretariat in July 2022. The GDRC has made efforts to harmonize its system with these regional bodies.
Just to be clear, no one could buy any sizeable stock in Itx currently, 300 odd shares moves the price 5p, this company will get taken over, that I am sure off, it has to many patents to ignore and is growing fast, thankfully I’m holding 0.7% here and will exit for the offer at £15 a share within 24 months
To be fair when I saw the A referring to a capital raise, I didn’t know what to be concerned for most, my nuts that shrunk to the size of a gnats gonads, or my jaw that crashed through my morning cup of char. Trying to comprehend the company has this morning raised 50% near enough of its entire market cap with next to no discount to the prevailing share price, how the fudge an aim company has done this is well beyond me. Other than to say there must be more to this than us mere mortals know, having a couple of million of these that were condemned to the bottom draw of the lowest bottom draw of my house, I have dusted them down, patted them dry and stuck them in the top draw of my 8 story roof terrace ??
Good luck all, don’t think you’ll need it, short term shenanigans in the sp, underwritten by those in the know!
£10 million raise at 5% discount, well they must have some info to convince instis to invest that much moola at that little discount, for me this is now a nailed on certainty of bigger things to come, well done John you kept that one quiet, played a blinder sir!
I’m going for they’ve struck upon a large vein of golden lumps, after all they are letting us know something from todays 2nd rns, 24gt that’s some recovery
The Company also hosts the former underground Akrokerri Ashanti Mine, which produced 75,000 oz gold at 24 g/t recovered grade in the early 1900s. It is the Company's intention to commence exploration of this former mine in the near future.
Ok, make of this what you will, I do not know exactly how upto date these satellite images are but they are different to my last weeks search, we know that our train will be coming through glen alum tunnel to load up the coal,
Reference to map, change to satellite view
https://www.google.com/maps/place/19.184219
Co ordinates of glen alum tunnel 37°32'32"N 81°59'33"W
Now interestingly what’s coming next wasn’t there last week, but about a mile to the west on coordinates
37.5450138, -82.0368644
And about another mile away on coordinates
37.5289284, -82.0454736
There are a shed load of what look like coal transport carts/hoppers like I say, just speculation on my part, or purely coincidence they are sat so close to where we’re going to load
Google search coal hopper so you can see the relevance yourself
Where glen alum tunnel comes out in the open, you can see the spur going off north, straight to bens creek up alum creek road here
37.5430280, -81.9955916
Just my interpretation, have a great jubilee weekend
Jesus, this is mining, there will be delays, cut the guys some slack, they’ve done an immense job thus far, coal will be on its way soon enough, in the meantime WTF was that a 800k buy at 80p, someone’s patient and obviously looking for a return on 80p
