I will reserve judgment until they take up the OPTIONAL further $2m which is stated in the RNS.

Until then they have issued 335k shares for $3m

That’s there in black and white yesterday. Nomad cleared and shared being issued on 22nd.

$2m is optional in next 4 month. There in black and white.

335k shares (inc the 55k fees) were issued for the first $3m

The 2nd $2m is optional within 4 month subject to the £504 terms.

The other $5m is there if both parties agree in future.

At this moment all that has happened is $3m for 335k shares.

Work it out.

None of these shares are going into loose hands. That’s the key. Free float is as before

you missed my point. those number won’t be in any results until at least end of 23 early 24 finals. So an asset revaluation does not equal YEARLY profit .. was the point ..

In the next half year report you won’t see that gain. And Italy doesn’t produce, Spain does but won’t make it profitable. If it was profitable it wouldn’t be raising cash like crazy this year to fund Italy.

Don’t get me wrong I think PXEN is a good co, good backing, good ceo. The point made was that CORO are actually producing now.

Rooney they still reiterated the intention in yesterdays RNS (see below).. so $10m for circa 4% of enlarged share capital would still be matching the valuation / price per share we anticipated. And to me it sounds like this first $10m is further down the agreement stage than the balance. ;-) within two weeks.

Quote in RNS yesterday;

In line with previous announcements by the Company, it is the Board's intention that the Funding Round will be priced so that the US$25m of new shares to be issued to be the equivalent of 10% of the enlarged ordinary share capital of the Company

Wasn’t the wording I was expecting in an RNS tbh.. and typically came just before I had to leave to do family things ffs.. But looking at it now, we should see first batch of funding soon enough and the valuation is still there (IE 10% of co/£12+).. so let’s see how it pans out as the time passes. Hopefully this time RS has set a wide deadline and first funds arrive sharpish within it.
