Oh dear. noise pollution. I really wonder why Simon doesn't reply to any of our emails. Let us wait for the RNS to deliver these news. I honestly think, it will be good. If it was bad, it would have been delivered any time prior to this to let us know what is truly happening. The fact that it hasn't happen simply shows the talks/ negotiations are still in progress.

I send him via multiple emails. He hasn’t replied to any. I strongly suspect they are thrashing out a deal and he doesn’t have the time to reply. They do know a RNS has to be given by this week. So it’s either good/ bad. Wait it out allnothing

in my humble opinion, GSPC would be able to provide a kind assurance. It's india prime minister's modi pet project. I don't see why they can't do that. Simply said, laws are laws. They find every opportunity to pull a plug on your words used. I honestly firmly hope the judges would read into the words of "In the event GSPC does not adhere to all of the abovementioned conditions, the stay order will no longer prevent the Company from seeking to implement all of its rights under the JOA". I honestly hope this would give us cambay.
