@bigbear. read the rns properly. Definitive agreement. Simon always tells us he picks carefully chosen words for RNS. It just simply means there is some form of agreement, but it's not definite. they haven't formalized it to a contract.

@spike i honestly think oilex attained cambay. They just played the benefit of doubt card to GSPC to prevent further strains in their working relationship, just in case they did pay up (imagine if they posted a RNS about GSPC not paying up, this would send their working relationship down the hill).

remember. what drove the price up to 0.68 was that ppl believed cambay was in oilex hands. But when Oilex posted a stupid RNS, those "cambay believers" exited the market, without realizing the potential OILEX stands to gain. In other words, PIs who didn't do enough research in oilex stood to lose.

welcome to india @liquid. I personally feel oex is just playing the nice guy to give them the benefit of doubt of payment. But I honestly think the next RNS (hopefully TMR, upon confirmation with Registrar). Oilex can post an official report on this.

Honestly, they should not have given a positive connotation about GSPC securing the funds without any talks. Just a mere believe. ANYBODY CAN BELIEVE ANYTHING.

Company has not even contacted the registry of the court. That's absurd for them to even post such stuff without due consideration.

Hey oily rogers. Gaps are definitely filled from this RNS. All the weak holders bailed. And the strong ones are still standing. Strong ones are unwilling to barge at this prices. The next RNS would probably be talking positive either from payments or Cambay (100%) to bull this whole market up.

Can everybody just chill and wait for the next official news ( RNS). When do you reckon it will be out?

Well, you can sue them for it spike. Look at the RNS, they havent even confirmed it with the registrar to see whether GSPC made such a payment. This is ridiculous

Well jony. Simply said, if the official RNS says oilex gets cambay 100% ( key takeway from this RNS: oilex gave BEnefit of doubt GSPC paid) because GSPC didnt pay, you lose out on it.

Secondly, oilex still gets the $$ from GSPC payment ( finally after 6 months) AND ASSURANCE THEY WILL CONTINUE TO INVEST IN CAMBAY. I don’t see what’s wrong with buying in while it’s still considered undervalued

The worst part about this sell off is, IT’s not EVEN OFFICIAL NEWS. It was just in layman terms saying : oilex gives the benefit of doubt GSPC paid. Once we check in with the registrar, and comfirm, we will issue a further update. If you were oilex, you definitely wouldn’t want to strain ties with GSPC, thus they had to give them the BOD. Only when they can confirm it officially, oilex can choose to be rude. This RNS was utter rubbish.

Think ppl are missing the point oilex gave GSPC the benefit of doubt that they paid. Wait for the official RNS to confirm the payment. This RNS was not needed. Simple words. All the 0.6 holders here were buying in thinking camaby was theirs but they forgot, there’s the cash that comes ( Plus a final move on cambay in production). MM prolly sparked the down trend and the market sentiment went along. Kudos to those who stayed. I wont be surprised to see a RNS saying cambay is officially 100% oilex. And this ridiculous price stunt comes about again
