Recently, ONGC (rich corp of India, basically moneybank for GSPC) purchased one of their oilfields for USD 1.2bn. I honestly feel, there's a high chance GSPC would lose the chance to get cambay.... let's just hope that it does go to 1p according to align (altho i highly doubt them and their discount factors). But yes, still a very good stock to invest due to the large potential upsides (alongside the $$$ they get regardless or not whether they get Cambay)

it's fine. Looks like next week is the week, where they will announce possibly new BOD, updates on any contractual agreements they have (really hoping this happens either about Konta or Hudson). Sit tight, it's going to be one helluva ride.

yea. definitely need lots of patience when it comes to this company. Yes. REALL. my exact sentiments on why I believed Hudson will not bail out on BZM, given their agenda. Tbh, It was imho based on my own research, that i formed my own hypothesis that BZM would be key to china's belt road initiative. When I was reading the investor's slides 2018, I was stunned to actually see my own hypothesis being stated in their presentation. At least, gave me some form of comfort. Anyway, it's not just my money that is at stake here. I convinced my mum to invest along side with me, I would feel really bad if she loses it just like that.

yea, just frustrated that nothing is said, just no news. Like what ALL said. this is a stock for strong holders. I'm really vexed over this.

you never know because it's india and anything can happen. Same concept as how corrupted malaysia govt could siphon cash from the govt to 1MDB.... it's a possibility and India is well known to be very good at making "cash" appear out of no where.

I do hope that Modhi and his govt would not be able to support this bail out for GSPC. Let;'s just wait and see. First Govt monetary issues, with lack of cash flow for the citizens. Now the misuse of statefunds for GSPC. what more can this India govt do.

yea. I just wanted to know if they are gonna make any announcements soon. At least, we know they are still talking, like what u say. I just felt it's 7 days away and there's nothing reported. Q of a worry.

I asked simon about the updates of hudson dialogue and konta port. This is his reply. Guys.
An announcement is coming up really soon from this reply after a really long wait. This is what he said :
“Discussions continue about both Konta Port and future financing. To be clear, I cannot guide you as to the content or progress of those discussions on a private basis. To do so would be to commit a market abuse offence under the Financial Services and Markets Act, known as "selective briefing". Therefore I can only say, please look out for our announcements as they are published.”

Guys. Looks like something is materialising. Lets hope its good news

was it just me or did you guys chuckle at the RNS update on price monitoring extension?

For everybody who is in too deep, I really do feel you guys. I did pop another email to Simon to ask about the updates to both hudson and the port. Let's just see what he says, if he replies.
