RE: What Port facility6 Nov 2018 08:36
why not let me just give u a logical answer to answer walko. Chinese govt have this "hoarding" mentality. They want to accumulate as much resources as they can (to be a monopoly in this resources). if u haven't noticed by now, there's a reason for the dispute in the south china sea, tensions and conflicts in africa due to mining issues, deep sea exploration... etc. i don't need to type out the endless examples. And the only way chinese govt, is capable of obtaining such resources is through the use of companies. i'm sure the rest, you can use deduction as to why CS even purchased BZM in the first place, all for the purpose of one thing. But, definitely, the draft of Konta Port would certainly be not deep enough, and many other inefficiencies as said by Walko. Point being, Walko is not wrong to say this, but obtaining such assets is a primary step. Secondary steps would involve developing such resources, of which as you can see, BZM doesn't have the funds to do so. So if they were to monetize this asset thru perhaps leasing it to another company, they can cut the cost and yet still earn the revenue. But this discussion ain't going to be an easy one. I hope that you realize this is why we are waiting for so long with regards to Konta. more so, even for Hudson bailing BZM out, Hudson wishes to see how BZM plays this out because no one wants to be investing in a money-sucking company with no steady revenue streams.
