@icarus from my interpretation, I would think that Simon wouldn't want to have issued that RNS (his hands were forced bc of the previous update). He would have wanted to send it when the agreement is forged. IMHO, at least talks are still on-going. And as you said, the situation develops which means he cant give any concrete details because it would result in false details. So, I guess we have to play the wait it out game. Honestly, not worth a punt to sell out now bc it's alr dropped so low. might as well go big or go home, all in or nothing.

Thanks for your email. To be clear, we made the announcement today only because of a regulatory requirement to do so, having previously put down a marker of "mid November". So we have been forced to announce that there is, effectively, no new news.

If there were hard and definite answers to the questions you ask, we would likely have answered them or given guidance on related matters in the RNS of today. We have not been able to do so. As you might imagine, the situation is complex and it develops every day. We are therefore unable to give details of any agreement unless and until one is signed and contractually binding. By "definitive" we mean exactly that - contractually binding and therefore material to the future of the Company and, as such in itself an announceable event.

On that basis, I am sorry to say you will simply have to watch and wait for the next news, like all other shareholders.

Honestly, it's better to wait it out for more announcements to be made before deciding. you could still get 15% of it back @allnothing. i'm gonna wait for more announcements. i'm very sure there will be more updates. Simon pays very strong attention to his word forms. definitive and remains, they really do resonate with me. or i might just be believing in their lies. who knows.

okay reality check.

1)Hudson aka China Sonangol hasn't said NO. they just disagreed with discussions, no definite discussions.
2) Hudson did say bellzone mining was moving somewhere acceptable to them. but this could have changed with many circumstances ( e.g. konta port not being leased)
3) They have yet to appoint a new BOD. I.E. if it's a hudson ceo / china sonangol personnel, I don't see why this wont work out. (But this RNS is in the archive, what does this mean?)
4) Cash burn is until december and they are out of the game. Mid nov was for them to settle their financing, but they failed to do so.
5) Mining objective to be done before 30th nov but fund cuts essentially means they can't fulfill this ( time is still ticking)

well. agreed on the health. @allnothing. I might just wait it out in the hope China Sonangol decides to play ball to release the loans.

@kabisko i just realized bellzone mining office is literally in china sonangol in Sg. what on earth. You're right. BZM is just a place for them to get deals done. I reckon you did have talks with BZM before. What do u reckon is there for BZM to even talk about now? Honestly, i feel there's nothing.
