Everything I have read on the election points to an Arauz v Lasso run of and both should be good for mining.
I agree about Lasso although think he is not favourite.
Arauz is anti American and will scrap the imf deal
The belief is he will get Perez votes in a run off.

This share may be played but those in the know are holding and will take a bit more to shift than those selling yesterday.
I'd say the 2% traded yesterday will be traders and will trickle back in once things settled(election run off candidates, clear progression paths, funding)
