Let's face it the market has given nothing for Chinnock and nothing for a multi billion dollar deal in real terms as the share price is more than covered by casc1 and coho plus oil production. At some point they are going to have raise this up considerably.

Costs thousands to have a rig onsite each day but yes it would make sense to do that. Normally they just work through due to costs . It shouldn't take more than a day to set it up so a week or 2 before results I my opinion. Or longer if they do the pressure test like last time and full results.

The testing rig has been at Chinnock for ten days so wondering in they will give flow tests or wait for the pressure tests as well which take 2/ 3 weeks or more then give out all info on Chinnock. Obviously the rig will have moved onto cascdeep .

I know this because my cousin in Saskatchewan is a geologist for a Canadian oil company for the last 32 years . He also told me the possibility of Chinnock and casc being connected . I'd mentioned it enough times on the board.
When a small company is about to pull huge amounts of gas out the ground a bring to market cheaper than others then everyone around gets to hear . What is Paul doing at this moment if not talking with other companies around.
Thats why I know the company is well respected especially in trinidad and Canada.
Basically they all talk to each other.

in the meantime let's get some fabulous results from Chinnock and casca deep and bring our first gas well in coho online. Then a field development plan and fingers crossed 2 rigs working on the block this year. Nice will be doing the infrastructure so it let's us just concentrate on drilling these multi million dollar wells.

So the question would be at what point do you buy a company like Txp, I ask myself these questions on the basis that this company is going to grow at a substantial rate again this year and the fact it is well respected for doing business in the right way and is certainly being noticed by the majors in and around Trinidad. It is incredible cheap to get the products to market compared to most others due to pipelines extremely close to us and cost to drill onshore. We have a great well head price that suits both Trinidad and Txp that will help companies on the island.
Like I said I don't want this sold till at least Royston comes online in 2022 in an offer does come in.

Look at it this way that they would make a lot of money by buying txp and secondly taken a competitor to the Trinidad market out the game which was growing at a substantial rate. If an offer comes in that's good for both sides it would be sold I've absolutely no doubt about that. I don't want this sold before Royston is in production that's for sure.

Your missing the point. Firstly Trinidad need gas big time and we will be delivering cheap to them meaning they can get things moving again in the country ( research is needed) . While we produce oil gas will be by far our biggest selling product.
Some one holding 50000 and got them for 20p a share and sell at 3 pounds plus then its life changing to them as it could pay off mortgages or anything else needed. It's not about making a fortune It's about helping to make your life that bit easier.
Also like I said majors in Trinidad will obviously be looking as we get the products to market far far cheaper from drilling to transportation. Check what BP have just done and shell plus others with gas with one signed multi billion dollar contract for gas as well but cost is massive compared to Txp in the overall package to bring to market. They have 2 tcf of gas but we could very well have that and more by year end.
Will majors be interested on those grounds I've mentioned and logically you've got to say yes. Enough to put an offer in then I believe yes but as always it's just an opinion. Atb.

I not saying what price it is I'm say i believe an offer is going to come in either before production starts or before Royston comes online which would be afterwards. Due to what I've said below.
I'm saying this company is moving up very fast and all around Trinidad are watching for obvious reasons. You can understand why a big oil or gas company would wish to have Txp. I explained below why they would poss take us out.

Paul is managing expectations by saying we are small compared to others but when you keep finding world class finds Paul knows very well they will be taking notice and if they want to take us out thats exactly what they will do ( at the right price).

Just depends on what the offer is I'm afraid. If say end of next year the share price is £2.00 and an offer came in at £3.00 plus very few would turn that down as it would change to many investors lives here. It would be guaranteed money in the bank against hoping and holding out for more. I personally would like to see Royston come online before an offer comes in but time will tell. Ps Paul would not sell this on the cheap as he has stated.

The cost is so much cheaper for us yet have got an extremely good deal at well head cost. Txp are growing at a substantial rate and is becoming a well respected company and those big companies are certainly sitting up and taking notice of us and would be foolish not to . What tends to happen when a company like Txp are taking substantial money from them and they can't match us through cost. This is all my opinion only but I can only see one outcome at this rate .

Basically can you see the big companies around trinidad let us feed the market at extremely low cost and huge profits and that's without condensate even in the equation which will add tens of millions on top. Wouldn't buying Txp offset the cost producing offshore possible.

I don't believe we will get to that point in all honesty when you break it down. We have hit on 4 wells drilled of which 2 are world class and they could look very small compared to Royston if successful and we know we are going to have a certain degree of success due to 700t of gas effect already found.
Coho starts around mid to end of February production and casc and Chinnock end of 2021 and poss more wells drilled on them during 2021 ( if 2 rigs on the go ) so more production possible by year end . Royston will be 2022 if successful and God knows how many Wells needed on that.
Now when would a company come in and put an offer in . Just before production starts while also knowing Royston comes the following year or wait till Royston comes online. As always just my opinion
