Does that include the 2000 barrels condensate or just the gas mate. Thanks for that post as I don't think people get what's about to come here as one or 2 think the results here are price in .
The very fact that the infill on casca alone could produce 4000 plus barrels a day of condensate and that could be replicated at Chinnock also is fantastic. We will get a lot more info after there results to give us a better understanding of whats to come .

Of course companies are looking at Txp, especially those exploring around Trinidad . Pleased none have come in as nobody wants that at this moment for obvious reasons but that could very well change if great results in Chinook and casc .
If then Royston tunes out to be world class then by year end Chinook and casc going into production is when I believe a offer could come in knowing that monster lies underneath Royston.
I think of it this way in that shell in the Central block a depleting gas structure and next door has a sh.. load more than when there's first came online nearly 20 years ago . Would you wait till production starts prove Royston and poss Kraken and then come in with an offer knowing the block has so much more to go at as well.
Time will tell but when we are so much cheaper than others around us and better profit margins then the big boys would certainly be weighing it up.

I think Paul explained perfectly why Coho is late as its the first in 20 years onshore and covid. That problem is now eradicated as Ngc will be put all infrastructure in and they have already done surveys for casca and will get permits a lot quicker than we could.
We literally just drill the wells and test so they do the rest . As Paul stated they are motivated by needing the gas brought to market just as much as we do and he trusts them so perfect in me eyes. A unique deal that suits both sides going forward .

A serious talk early next year on paying dividends which is great news but lots of news throughout this year that's going to push the company forward in ways we could only of dreamed of just over a year ago.
The work Txp have done last year to get us to this point has been nothing short of amazing when we take a step back and see whats happening around the world .

While the delay to testing is beyond the control of Txp I find it reassuring and outstanding that they find a solution to Quicken the pace once personnel are on site. Like most I'm enjoying for once being in a company that's pushing forward with pace but totally under control of every aspect. Communication with shareholders is outstanding .

A very happy investor here and looking forward to 2021.

It can take years from exploration to production thats just how it is and always has been. Paul has just said it's time to get sorted and we have to remember covid has put us back months due to having to trying to plan pipeline across forests and local land. He said nobody in nearly 20 years has found onshore gas .

Most people who invest in oil and gas totally understand time lines slip especially when a company finds huge deposits . So much has to be done permits/environmental / safety/ field development plans/ and deals to name just a few .

I actually think Txp have done very well with coho considering covid has had a huge effect on many businesses and travel.
I have said a few times I like Paul as he is honest with the shareholders and doesn't need to exaggerate a point to make the company look good because if it's good then it speaks for itself.
It's always good to have a little pull back in the share price as the fact is it's gone up around 46p in a couple of weeks.

I was under the impression that casca and Chinnock combined would have between 8 and ten infill, wells is that still correct.
Could you imagine if Royston is world class as well and then kraken as how many infill on those huge structures.
What a great company to invest in going forward.
Year end I'm going to say £3.37 if we make it that far.

Just having a giggle mate , when you think that those wells could produce up to $ 500 million dollars a year if Chinnock is as good including the liquids. Now here is the head banger what if Roystons is a monster as it certainly looks that way with 700ft of gas effect known and a lot bigger than Chinnock/casca combined.

Looking absolutely fantastic here as they really have found world class finds . I haven't seen the presentation yet but did Paul come across as usual ( second to none) .

So with infill at casca up to 250mmcfd and if Chinnock is as good you have to say the same again. Add the liquids to that then keep fingers crossed for the mighty Royston we could get to to a share price of £ 1.90 / £ 2.00 by December this year.

I would be surprised it is that long till results unless they do the pressure testing over a few weeks as well. The rig has been at Chinnock since the 23rd December from what Paul said and it cost a lot to keep it in place . Of course can move the rig to casca while the pressure test is going on at Chinnock.

Didn't someone here work out what we get after taxes and cost for condensate here a few months ago . It would be fantastic if put that back up on the board so we all can see just how much more we get than just the gas. Thanks in advance .

Yes I did the same selling some ftse 100 shares and took an educated guess with Touchstone after many days on reading up all I could about them . I've watched companies over many years build up the share price on promises only to watch them crash back down and you can see it with some companies now .

Touchstone is different in that the deal signed with Ngc is to take absolutely everything bit of gas me can muster from our block and we know the price at well head and found a sh.. load of it. We know whats coming starting with coho in around 2 months and then it's going to snowball. I'm now hoping that Chinnock has condensate with the gas as well as Paul has stated as casc stands today without the new results it will produce around 2000 barrels a day . Add in infill wells on both and we could be looking at 8 to 10 thousand barrels a day if Chinnock has the same.
That alone adds tens of millions to the pot.
A lot here have done the same as both of us which has turned out to be one of the best investment decisions we've made .

5 days to go before Paul is up for a chat so really hoping for some news on Chinnock. Must be going into overdrive on a field development plan. Going to be a busy year ahead for Txp and if they deliver the goods then they should get a very good bonus to match .
As the company grows the more locals get employment, more projects to help those that need it the most which gives the company huge local support going forward when planning new sites. Like I said if you do it the right way the respect you gain goes a long long way .
The deal between Ngc and Txp is a fantastic one for all parties as it opens up opportunities for both . Build a partnership that going to last a very long time by the looks of it . We are going to keep Ngc very busy over the next few years so huge trust was needed by both to get it right. The deal signed says just that and yes it took a while longer than expected but the conclusion was as we see today a company on the front foot, a management team going the extra mile to make it successful, companies around then helping by sharing knowledge both ways andgetting noticed and respected by all for doing things the right way .

Txp have built a very strong foundation to push itself upwards and many on trinidad will be there to give them a hand. The more successful Txp becomes so do they.
The deal is worth it's weight in gold to all.

Most know that when a great offer comes in its extremely hard to say no as guaranteed money in the bank against the possibly of not getting a better one. Like I said the offer has to be very good . I was just trying to say that if a major wants us the cost to do so is peanuts to them be it 1/ 2 or more.
Anyway what do we think the share price will be after both results as I think £2.40 plus .

I was gobsmacked when we got the deal and the market didn't respond as it looked and is a fantastic deal for both sides going forward. I believe the market has corrected that now and rightly so .
Now let's see what Chinnock is going to offer up to us in the next week or so.
Last year was just amazing for Txp but this year will knock 2020 out the ball park I have absolutely no doubt about that.

The thing is trinidad are desperate for every bit of gas we can produce from our block and if we do have let's say 5 tcf they will take very last drop of it . The agreement as some have stated is going to get business moving again in the country and because they get it cheaper from us than the majors ( obvious reasons ) it's a match that is fantastic for both.
The central block is starting to look small in comparison to us and with shell only a couple of miles from us I believe an offer will come in. If an offer came in of course it would have to suit both parties but to buy us out is peanuts to a major that knows trinidad will take the lot of them and make huge profit from it.
If Royston comes in and as big as we all think and an offer came it at £5.00 I'm afraid very few here would say no to it because its a huge amount being offered in front of you. Basically then just over 1 billion to take off our hands .
I would find that very hard to say no to.

Investors coming in knowing results could come any day now.

Well results could be this week or beginning of next . Wednesday and it will be 2 weeks since rig onsite. Come on Chinook let's have some fantastic results again.

The very fact is production on the block starts in February and by year end roughly we will have Chinnock and casca online which could be producing up to 100 million dollars for us and knowing the more wells drilled on them will bring in much much more . By that point casca deep and Royston will be done giving us a much better picture for the following year in terms of better production. The reserves are going to increase considerably.
I'm hoping for around £2.20 to £2.40 before Royston comes online which i believe is more than capable . If Royston is as good as we all think then above £3 on production.
We could be producing poss 300/ 400 MMct/d, then add the condensate on top which is 2000 barrels as Paul says at present but could be a lot more after the Chinnock and casca deep has been tested.

It has the potential to be well beyond £3 .00 if it all comes together. I will hold as its my opinion we will be sold as stated in the past.
