Just bought in at 162p. I genuinely believe this is into bargain of the day territory with a safe upside of 10% and medium term upside of 20-25% IMO

Hi I’ve been looking to invest in Sage for a while and now have they funds your do so. I’d be grateful for any thoughts on the current SP and the pros and cons of buying now.

Only if (when) more US investment funds but BOO. If this happens the SP will double due to level of interest it will attract on a US listing

Totally agree treacle. Despite the constant short term bad news about Covid the IAG SP has remained resilient. It’s gonna fly when a vaccine is approved.

Robbren you may be and I may be following these precautions but millions are not and hence it is spreading. Schools are an absolute joke for a start! With schools and unis staying open I will be amazed if lockdown ends 2nd December. Only way out of this is the vaccine and airlines and airports being more proactive and introducing their own testing whether or not the govt wants them to!

Thought SP would tank today but down only 1% at lunchtime is really quite astounding. Very reassuring that the money markets aren’t selling off IAG. Must be confident in upcoming vaccines and focused on post winter.

Gonna be a hard day tomorrow for travel stocks but a good opportunity to buy low and sell after the election for a nice little profit

I think it’s inevitable there will be a drop in travel stocks on Monday morning. A lockdown is priced in but what will affect the price is a prolonged lockdown. My worry is that 4 weeks won’t be enough because schools and unis are staying open and they are major sources of virus spread. IMO if we are locking down we should have gone for a complete lockdown including schools!

A democratic clean sweep of the presidency, senate and house will actually see stock prices fly up. Ask any trader!

My cousins have just flown back from t he USA where they were required to have a negative PCR tests within 72 hours. This is going to be the way forward in 2021 so the UK needs to catch up quickly!

Predict SP may initially drop on the day but then finish up 3%.

Do you know when the Christmas trading update it due? Need to top up my holding at least a week before then as the SP usually starts moving a few days ahead of the update

I dunno I think he’s quite clever and specific about what he quotes. Maybe a few clues in there. Sense he knows stuff that he’s not allowed to divulge yet but likes dropping hints.

I anticipate other investment trusts will be adding BOO on the back of this while it’s still cheap. It’s the US link that excites me the most and the possible permutations moving forward!! If the yanks are keen on Boohoo we should all be smiling a few months down the road

When the likes of T.Rowe Price investment management buy 5% of any UK company you know it’s going places. Combined with BOO expansion in USA they clearly see massive expansion over there
