On the news of Euros, ITV SP gone up to 155 in 2019 and drifted down slowly along with the rest of the market once the covid thing kicked off.

I have tried top slicing another share but was quite difficult to get back in at a lower price than I bought in the beginning and if I had held without top slicing, I would have made more. So due to that experience with another share, I have decided not to top slice ITV and few others including Tesla despite it's drop yday.

5eightsaccount, where are you moving your top sliced profits in ITV?

Soder, I think in today's world fundamentals are not related to the high valuations of the companies. Look at valuations of EVs and Hydrogen based companies, their share prices don't match their production/revenues!

If oil hits $80+ then £1 SP is possible! Infact prediction is $100+ oil...Once we touch 30p in next few weeks, 50p will not be that far! AIMO ATB

I think there will be share consolidation once the total number of shares to be issued are known? I would like to see £1 before any share consolidation...

Buzz, you seem to be worrying a lot about Mexico. Like Soder mentioned, the approval is similar to UK clearance. Don't think this whole merger hinges on Mexico approval.

I might do one more top up on Monday on the bell.

Fantastic post Soder!!! With oil price going up, this will go only in one direction that is up. Harbor group could announce dividends inorder to attract the investors to stay invested and with a bigger Mcap, Harbor group could be in the top 10 of FTSE250 and could enter FTSE100 if oil price hits $70 or more.

Hi Bladesman, I see you mentioning about EIG and that seems to be a good news if they are holding. I have not been following the holding RNS. Other than RNS about GS playing with their CFDs, were there any other big IIs holdings RNS please? Schroeder seems to be still above 5% and not reduced I think?

As long as there is no offload of shares by IIs, I think we can safely assume that there is scope for price increase? Even if creditors dump shares post merger, they may get absorbed ? Or may be not?

if it is a 1:1 swap on March 29th then that is fanstastic despite the new shares issued to Chrysaor group? I think we have told (RNS? or was it just the media ) that PMO is valued at 21.6p per share as part of the merger? Based on that today's price is a nice top up opportunity?

Pros, enough said, give it a rest. BPC wouldn't announce that there is no impediment to the drilling if the outcome is still not clear. You will see RNS confirmation this Tuesday. You want to believe what that bloody Tribune media says and not what BPC posted?

Now with regards to dilution to come, Potter said they may draw £3.5M within 10 days of spudding and the investor can double that amount if they wish so that means BPC can have £7M in total with new shares most likely issued at 2p so another 375M shares just like few weeks back.

But when the last 375M shares started trading SP was still in the range of 2.5p-2.7p although drifted down now due to sellers.

The point is that we don't know if BPC would draw down additional £3.5M now and if investor would double that to issue 375M and even if they are issued SP is not going to crash like I mentioned above and we have drill progressing as the judge denied the JR.

We also have lots of media coverage now through CNN and Times. With JR denied I certainly thinking lot of investors will be back here for the significant upside should they find billion barrels of oil. Now don't start saying they cannot discover billions of oil with one well. Read ConMan posts who works in the industry and has provided valuable information.

For BPC, court hearing has been put to bed and the other parts could be against the govt, which does not impact the BPC drill so could be the reason why BPC tweeted and posted on their website confidently saying that no impediment to the drill. I would trust BPC and not the scaremongering from trolls here and the media.

I'm being made redundant at work and was not following BPC much since last 3-4 weeks. Not a happy Xmas for me this year but atleast there is a good news from BPC at last! I had to sell 50% because of the bloody redundancy. I will buy back on Monday.

well if you are confident that there is only 10% chance of finding commercial oil then why BPC spent £100M and wait 10years for this drill? Why would anyone fund this drill if there is such a less chance of finding oil?

Till last week, many were thinking that whether Icemax moved to P-1 location or not and were worried about JR.

Today we have confirmation that we are drilling clearing all those fears. Now we are on our way for finding the big oil! With oil price rising in 2021 and less production all over the world, smell of big oil in Bahamas will attract majors and big investors! Bahamas PM and the govt won't hesitate in extracting the oil when neighbouring countries are producing oil.

I thought shares from 1798 institutional investor entering the market would dilute the SP but price hit 2.8p!

Even if they sell some, it will be absorbed by the market easily so now we just need to know how much oil is there in Bahamas! Once today's news spreads around, we should see tick up in the next few days. GLA

I think £4bn valuation is at current oil price? As the oil price increases and the production too then FTSE100 entry should not be that far.

This is a FTSE 250 and current price is just a joke. Next year if gold retraces then don't know where all the gold miners will go. Probably companies producing gold already will be more affected if gold price goes down compare to the explorers as they don't spend a penny to produce and rely on the JVs. So if JVs are in intact and progressing then even if gold price goes down companies like GGP may not be that badly impacted compared to producers. Anyways this audit should conclude as soon as possible as IIs are not getting in heavily in not this considering POG being undervalued at today's gold price and the production.

May be some dividend announcement can really motor this and wonder if any of you think POG is able to pay dividend next year even if it is a meager amount?

volume is needed for this to push higher. Look at GGP all PIs are supporting the company and that gives confidence for others to add more. Same with Tesla, PIs supporting all the way despite the financials. Unfortunately, not many PIs have interest in POG. Only IIs can move this one to higher highs. Momentum is not there. But one day Tesla and GGP can collapse when they realise financials and chances of POG collapsing is slim rather a take over is a possibility.

I'm still not sure if I want to add more here now at this price and wait for years to see a big return or buy GGP(having sold quite early). Buying GGP is definitely going to keep me restless compared to POG but the momentum is with GGP. May be for this last few days, I will keep my hands off from buying anything and decide in Jan depending on Brexit?
