This share is like a zombie out of the walking dead series, dead but still bumbling about.

How many times have we read posts that rampers and derampers use on a regular basis. There are some absolute crackers out there. My favourite recent one is from a company BB waiting for a RNS to announce a RTO and suspension of the share but a bit of panic selling started. This persons efforts to stop the panic selling put a post something like this:
“If you are selling it’s probably for the best because this share is for seasoned investors only” LOL LOL
I’m going to use my all time favourite one because I think it genuinely applies to this share at this particular time
“I wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend”
Anybody got a better one?

I see the same manipulation of the share price as a company I was invested in 2 years ago.
It was after GVC (now Entain) posted really good financial figures for the half year. Everybody on the BB was saying “this is gonna fly” etc etc. It gained about 2p and by the end of the week it had dropped 1 1/2p. It stayed like that for about 10 days and I said to the Wife “this share is s**t, just had a really good RNS and nothing’s happening. I cashed my shares in and then after about 2 weeks the shares shot up.
I think the MM’s manipulated the share price to stay stagnant until people like me (new to shares at the time) cashed in out of frustration and got a massive amount of shares on the cheap. They will not be getting my shares this time and they can drop it to 10p if they want, I’m in for the long haul but maybe with a top slice here and there to derisk.

Been out shopping with the Mrs and it’s fricking mental on the roads. I’m very lucky to have an average of 5.85p, could’ve been a lot lower, but I appreciate there are people with higher. Everybody will have their own target and plan B I would imagine, mine is a humble 20p, but like you say if we get extraordinary news and the SP shoots past 20p then personally I’ll have to reassess and maybe top slice 1/2 of my shares and keep 1/2.
I really do hope this comes good for all involved because it’s been an emotional ride up til now. The fact I think TLOU should be well under way to connecting to the grid by now is based only on my opinion and if I knew what the BG and TG knew I could very well be making a grovelling humble apology to both. I do think it could have gone a lot better than it has though.
Just to clarify, I didn't actually get physically thrown from the truck by the lads (although there were probably one or two who would have for a laugh) the driver lost control and flipped the truck 3 1/2 times if I remember rightly. The first thing that hit the road? My hand closely followed by my face. Some say it improved my looks.

I hope you’re right, I hope funding is secured and I hope TLOU goes on to fulfil all the potential I invested £30,000 in but up to now this has been a train crash with delays and false dawns and misleading information. I have no idea who the blame lies with and the only people that truly know and for what reason is the BG or TG.
What I do believe though is that the lack of transparency and information flow from the BG and TG has been a disaster and a disgrace.
You say that you have zero doubt that TG is anything but 100% honest. For me, the RNS on the 01/03/2021 where he ramps up the share to 5.6p ish by appearing to have finance basically sorted and then slap a placing in smacks of mis leading information.
My apologies for being stupid, it comes from being thrown out of a 4 ton truck at 60mph in Belize in 1987 whilst serving in HM Forces.
Thornback, it will take something quite special to raise the SP AND keep it at that elevated position because I believe there will be investors who can’t wait to get out asap. 20p does it for me although if we’re still in the same position in 2 years I’ll call it quits and take the hit.

This company gets more like sirius every week.
A company with so much potential
CEO pumping when they need to raise cash and then a placing followed by SP crash and no progress
Government saying they are going to back it and then nothing
Can’t raise funding
More to the point, what happens to TLOU if the 2 investment companies that TG says “in advanced stages with” decide after their due diligence that TLOU are not a company they want to get involved with?
This is not a deramp either, I think the Bots government and TG doing a very fine job of that themselves.

Don’t know about the bottom drawer, I think a time capsule would probably be better. Hopefully it will be paying divi’s in 12 years, just in time to pay for my care home fees. LOL

I can’t believe a company with so much potential and the ability to change so many lives for the better has turned into circus.
With all the promises, delays and false dawns over the years how can the Botswana Government expect to be taken seriously as an investable country by any companies in the future? Companies will look at TLOU’s experience and probably say it’s not worth the hassle.
I fully appreciate TG efforts of trying to keep the Botswana Government happy (which is imperative in any country in Africa) but at what point does he have to say enough is enough when they won’t support TLOU with funding?
It’s not as though TLOU is asking for 3 or 4 billion dollars. We are talking 30 million. Peanuts for a project like this. The fact TG is looking for alternative ways to produce an income (hydrogen) says it al.

Today Helium One announced that they had obtained the EIA certificate for it’s planned exploration drilling programme in Tanzania. It was obtained in record time from application to issuance. It goes on to state that Helium One appreciates the continued collaboration and support of the Government of Tanzania.
It seems there are countries in Africa that want to progress, want to improve the standard of living for everyone, want to encourage legitimate business’s to look at Tanzania as a country that is ready to welcome them.
Then there is Botswana.
Just my opinion but the gulf in how these 2 countries operate is staggering. No, I’m not deramping as I’m a mid 5 figure investor here and for a few years.
