This is what happens when a CEO, wether his fault or not, continually says “it’s done” or “it’s very close” over a long period of time and then fails to deliver or backtracks. I think we are at the stage where trust and belief has all but evaporated and looks like investors are now talking with their feet.
If the selling turns to panic we’re gonna see lower than the 1.7p I quoted back in July. It would not surprise me if even TG has had enough of this train crash.

there are definitely bigger catches out there when it comes to technology knowledge. I hate technology with a passion, always have. It’s all to do with not being able to remember all the PIN numbers, passwords, user names, 2 step and 3 step security measures the establishment expect us to know at the drop of a hat. God help you if you do forget during the interrogation over the phone with the likes of Sky TV or our bank.
The last time I put a wrong password in my computer to access it a hand came out the screen and slapped me and said “get a grip”

If there are no shorters active on Tlou as BS states then I think we are looking at either a very large holder selling or combination of very large seller and a bit of panic selling because of the very large seller selling. That’s a lot of selling in one sentence lol. Just thought, we know Tlou appear to be a bit leaky with news with the spikes and falls in the SP from the past, maybe bad news on the horizon?
Maybe TG is resigning? This is all pure SPECULATION on my behalf of course. Maybe even TG is scratching his head as to why? Another thought, it could be that all the buyers are waiting for the PPA agreement or the funding to be announced before committing, hence mostly sells over buys. I am sure we will find out one day.

I think there could be a number of reasons for the fall in SP. The first one I’m not so sure if it is possible because my knowledge of the subject is limited. Shorters. If Tlou has shorters it could be they can smell blood and are attempting to short it into oblivion. If you could put me right on this it would be appreciated.
Secondly if it is shorters making the SP fall has it spooked some investors who are seeing the SP fall and panic selling?
Could it be a big investor cashing some out to invest in another stock.
My personal opinion is if it’s not shorters then it is investors who have given up and are cutting their losses. but why now? Just seems a very strange time to bail.

I wish I could have been a fly on the wall in TG and BOTS Government offices over the last 4 years. The possibilities and reasons Tlou and the BOTS Government are where they are, are multiple and complex but like I said earlier, we will never find out what has actually gone on.
Whizzer, It could be the BOTS Government taking the pish or it could be TG has got a bit ahead of himself in thinking the PPA is imminent only for the BOTS Government to move the goal posts in it’s issuance leaving TG having to back track.
I know one thing is for sure, this stock could send us all to the hospital for the insane.

Could it be that the BOTS Government wanted to issue Tlou with the 100MW PPA at a price per KW and length of agreement that TG did not like? Could it be that with TG wanting to negotiate KW price and lengths of agreements at a time that suits him and not the BOTS Government it has alienated the BOTS Government? It doesn’t take much to upset these Governments and fall out of favour and when you do it is a very very long road back.
I understand TG wanting to get the best price but at the cost of possibly failing altogether I find that hard to understand, IF that were the case.
The trouble is we will NEVER find out what has happened and the reasons for what has basically been a massive failure over the last 5 years. Neither TG nor BOTS Government will accept responsibility.
Think about this, a takeover is not always the rainbow we think it is.

My thoughts were not about now but after a buy out.Yeah, by all means progress Tlou as much as possible to make it an attractive proposition.
My train of thought though was that if after a buyout the BOTS Government suddenly started awarding PPA’s and funding and more licences etc etc at the drop of a hat then to me it would be obvious the relationship between TG and Tlou and BOTS Government was not as it should have been, for whatever reason.
However, if the new company experience the same delays through lack of PPA’s or funding then, again, it would seem obvious to me our problems have been down to the BOTS Government.
Just my thoughts. I’m sure BS will be on in a minute to call me a moron and explain in detail where I’ve gone wrong. Over to you BS……..

If Tlou was to be taken over it would be very interesting to see how fast it would progress.
IMO it would give a very good insight into who was responsible for the lack of progress, BOTS Government or TG.

When TG said it was “very close” did he mean the ppa or xmas?

I would be pretty sure Gotham (sentiment riles & clever investor) will have at least one more persona on this BB.
Just got to look for the signs. Responds to Gotham posts and vice versa, extreme amount of posts and talking boll***s.
If anybody is fairly new to investing do not invest on somebodies opinion on these bulletin boards. Unless they can back up their post with links to hard evidence and even then do your own research as well to build up your own opinion.
There are also some excellent, very intelligent posters on every BB. They are usually quite easy to tell apart from the ramper/deramper and FUD specialists.

To be fair, Ian Stalker did have over 10M already but for the CEO to only have 210,000 is really really embarrassing. That means before yesterday the CEO only had 100,000 shares which when you compare to his ramping twitter posts I think there could be a case of misleading shareholders.
Also, I thought DM was getting paid in part by shares? So obviously if that is the case it must have been negligible amount. All in all it looks to me like a bullshi**er who is expecting other people to put their money up for his entertainment in trying to be a Helium hero.
Would have been better off not buying any yesterday and not end up embarrassing himself.

Why the midst of winter?

Kinda loving the peace and quiet on this BB. I know in the future when the SP starts getting high (hopefully) all the ramper/derampers and trolls and FUD specialists are gonna be all over this board. So gonna enjoy it while I can.

I thought the establishment of the Asian team was a canny piece of business by the BOD. That could generate a substantial income if they can get a foot hold and then develop and expand. I think it’s all coming together at last. Fingers crossed.

Is there a stonking RNS due that we don’t know about or are people waking up to the potential of Cornerstone FS?
We going back up to whete this belongs IMO.

We’re just starting to get some trades on a daily basis now and SP starting to gather pace in the right direction. Could we be back up to 61p for xmas?
