Not for me. Very little trust in management currently.
What a load of tosh from the company today! A series of unmitigated disasters and it's all dressed up as positive by the CEO. How about an honest assessment of what has happened and how it's going to be addressed?
A decent update today FudSpunkle. Looking positive.
The results released today look very positive.
Hopefully the article in today's DT will spark some interest in the shares and narrow the discount to NAV. I've bought today and plan to add more.
For sure. But it appears to be a fairly mild one. I see the 20% SP drop as a buying opportunity.
Agreed. It;s very likely.
The SP has been a bit more buoyant in the last few days. Drifting up towards the 10p share issue price. Hopefully the large sellers have got their business done and moved on.
Based on the last few years we can expect the next TU in April along with the accounts for 2023. Any TU before then is more likely to be bad news than good news I fear.
Noted what you say but the company issued a January Trading Update in 2021, 2022 & 2023 and maybe before then too (I haven't checked). So it does seem a bit strange that nothing has been released this year. Hopefully no news is good news.
Yes, I agree with all 3 of those points FTM. But it did seem - or at least, I hoped - that these were already in the share price and that a floor had been put under things when the equity and bank fundraisings were completed successfully. Time will tell but I don't really like the way things are heading south again now.
Why no RNS about this? Shareholders shouldn't be the last to find out.
I felt quite optimistic when I subscribed for extra SCE shares at the recent 10p offer price and the shares then held firm around 11p for a week or so. But since then they have been drifting down and today are not much above 8p. I'm not sure whether to sell and cut my losses or ride things out. Any idea why the shares are so weak currently? Is more bad news on the way?
Some solid buy orders are going in at just under 380p today. The SP is very firm. It's not a liquid market but you should be able to sell small quantities of shares (up to 5,000 maybe) without any problem.
Thanks for the information. Anything we get from the DCU is a bonus but I still think we will receive close to the full 7p.
21p-25p soon after opening. The asset base is still strong. Oversold?
I wish I'd sold out as soon as the shares resumed trading a few months back. Instead there is this daily dribbling away of value. A very frustrating share to hold.
It looked great to me. I don't know much about this company but I will follow it from now on.
The share price is on the move again today - 330p-340p today - so perhaps this news is filtering through into the market. Or, if we are lucky, some bigger news is on the way.
Sold for just £650k though. It seems a very small amount. That's a 2 BR flat in a so-so area of London! I guess the commercial property market in Leeds is not very strong.
