The next question is what, if anything, the loan notes attached to the takeover are worth. it will be in the range of nil to 7p as I recall. That could still provide a nice little bonus for shareholders if things turn out well.

Yes, but note that Ixico (IXI.L) which has a similar chequered history got a £4M placing away at 9.5p yesterday which was actually a small premium to the 9p SP. So a fundraise at a 50% discount is not just 'market conditions' IMHO.

They only extended the long stop date by 1 month (to 30 September) as opposed to 2 months previously so I think management must be confident that Malta will give the nod soon. Here's hoping!

I made a small, first time purchase this morning at 33p. Just testing the waters. I'm hoping that if a fund raising is announced then existing shareholders will get a fair crack of the whip. [That often doesn't happen though].

Hopefully the new Revolut valuation announced this week (see GROW.L) can give the SP a bit of a boost. I think INOV.L has about £7M in Revolut that could maybe be worth an extra £10M now. Sorry but I don't have portfolio carrying values to hand right now. Anyone?

There will definitely be some news dropping next week, The gradual , and now more rapid, bump up in the share price this week is all too typical of the insider trading that surrounds this share. Let's hope it's sufficiently good news to send the SP even higher.

Hello Morbox. Nice to see this bump up in the NCC share price. Results better (not as bad) as expected plus the Fox Crypto disposal I suppose.

I added another 2,400 today at 55p. Hoping for a quick 10% on that if the deal goes through quickly plus an interest in the residual bonds that will be issued too. But I still have a few worries about the delayed regulatory approval which is why I didn't add more.

I've bought a few over the last month in the hope of a buyout around 45p. But who knows!

Several trades have gone through today in the 46-50p range. Hopefully it's just because people are bored of waiting for completion and just want to cash out. I hope it's not an indication that some regulatory approval issues are in the offing.

The Court Meeting and the EGM were held yesterday and all motions were passed.

No firm dates for the transaction have yet been set but it sounds as if they are aiming for September/October.
