I would think JP + AB know they must deliver by June next year or the next meet will unlikely be so cordial as previous meets.

its very unlikely that anyone would commit to a JV without PEPR in place, from a negotiating perspective you are just in a weak position until confirmed.

I think any JV on LCCM is reliant on the receipt of the PEPR, so to me that will be the next good piece of news.

SML do need cash, but I cant see a raise being the option as SML need almost half their cap to get LCCM running - that wont happen.

So SML are stagnating until the PEPR come and then I hope JP utilises his finance skills to find a partner.

Also interested party (parties) want better cost breakdown/estimates of getting LC up and running, whilst is a cost in the short term not a bad thing.

This was only put out to deliver on a promise for an update on the draft by end Aug, seems they are trying to keep to commitments....

I think the many disgruntled LTH quieten down....its boring, im down heavily, but ffs life goes on, if you think it wont go back up then go do one.
You could buy a few houses in some areas for what im down and I am not constantly whining.... there are other LTH's here that are in the same position that don't feel the need to moan every moment.

well its a shame you still don't get the meaning of dilution. I have tried to educate you. I will have one more go.

If SML give a greater percentage to a JV partner that's not dilution its a loss of capital not the same.

I am not happy with things, and many other investors here are not happy, but repeating the same diatribe will not change anything. The bonus was the final straw in my opinion, to constantly moan and whine on about it wont change a thing other than potentially put off other investors.

the only dilution has been from the raises, otherwise its not dilution.

There is a point where the same posters "venting" the same anger is not helpful and boring.

Do you know when the surrounding areas PEPR's were first lodged? or when first drafted? if not you cant really use them as a comparison.

I do think all future options and bonus payouts should have an SP caveat to stop payment if SP hasn't increased by x%
