I realise your question was facetious, but I reply because some may actually be wondering this.

The other way to make the same point is to refer to your helpful research gleaned from the lists of trades that have gone through: Antos is not concerned to identify the point the share price bottoms out. He wants more, and the current price is still at a discount to where he thinks it worth buying.

Unless last Friday from 9am to close was the pause, and the sell demand at about 0.043 is now practically mopped up. ;-)

Honestly, I think we're in uncharted territory. This stock has changed its industry from iot to cash shell, had some large positions taken by individuals, had several heavily diluting placings and one open offer. I suspect that not a lot remains in the usual tea leaf reading from historic charts, once this share has been mucked about.

I'd suggest deciding if the current price represents a desirable entry point or not, or exit point or not.

A few pointers to help you (and others) read productively.

You did the right thing to start with RNS and the company website. Lots of investors miss the importance of starting with what we actually know. Be aware that the RNS could lead you to a more pessimistic outlook than is necessary. 1. There are some things the Board are obliged to include (like new directors' past liquidations, and the 6-month time limits on an RTO), which forces some negative content. Rightly so, but it can skew how you read things. 2. For reasons that'll become clear to you as you read, many of us believe that some RNS were deliberately cast in terms that would dampen sentiment. That chapter of the company's history should now be over.

Your post-count on this forum is way over mine, so you'll know from other stocks that you learn which posters to listen to, and which to ignore politely. There's a fair bit of dross on here, as well as lots of good info. You'll filter.

But, to get you started, you may find it helpful to read the posts of RKBeekeeper (which can be a bit of a riddle, but always well informed), and GraphiteTech (who first pieced together where this is probably heading).

Also, before this became a cash shell, it was Photonstar LED Group, ticker PSL. So you also need to look at the ShareChat.asp page on here for ShareTicker=PSL, again particularly looking for those two posters I'd suggest to begin with. The first clues of what's going on here came in mid March.

Not if they've got the RTO all planned and ready to go before they announce the target. They only have to suspend if they announce the target (or if it leaks) and they still have final checks and details to complete.

Don't read too much into that - look at the history on the Companies House site: They've a track record of late filings and associated wrist slappings.

Of course, the main thing regarding Allan's appointment is that they are obliged to disclose any company's he's been involved with that liquidated soon after he was involved. That is not saying anything about why he's hired here, and they also don't list the (maybe considerable number of) companies he's been involved in with great success.

As Aidan31 said, really. Sure, they _could_ sell now for more than a bag. But then they'd look at the current share price and decide if they'd rather free up cash by selling, or rather remain invested. It would seem lots think the current share price is also a bargain, so they have no plan to sell their offer shares just yet.

Yoshie, are you clear on the overall big sweep history here? This used to be the Photonstar group trading under the ticker PSL. The one remaining trading company owned by the group ceased trading, making this a cash shell, renamed as BOU. The directors wish to find a target for reverse takeover (and many of us here believe we know the most likely contender). The company that formerly traded under the PSL umbrella does still need liquidating. Fortunately, our major investor has bought it for £1, but there is probably still some winding up to do. Allan is probably just the man. But that wouldn't wind up BOU. The REVERSE in fact. It leaves BOU clean for its RTO.

Try dummy-buy. The reported spread is much wider than what you actually get offered. Which means the buy-trades come through nearer to the advertised sell-price, which means the automated system logs it as a sell.

Very well put, yes. All factored in. He clearly knows what he's doing.

(My concern was not that he might be spooked by it, but that PIs might be.)

Let's look at what we know: We know how many shares he now has, and that he took up a great deal more than just his basic entitlement under the offer. Exactly how and when he bought those really doesn't matter, and is pure speculation. The fact is: He's bought in big time. Which tells us (a) he still has plans, and (b) him buying up the non-trading PSL company for £1 was a means to an end, not the reason why he came on board in the first place.

Now we just have to wait for the next news.

Perhaps Antos holds his shares through Halifax. Just think what'll happen in August when he gets his excess cash returned to him.

Several of us are talking about what may happen when the placing shares hit the market tomorrow - not in terms of what Antos will do, but in terms of how him doing nothing even could be reported.

But even the correction didn't make it properly clear. IIRC, they removed the bit about "he only bought in a few days ago", but still included the phrase "reduced his holding" which is ambiguous and leaves a negative tone to a neutral bit of news.

Yes, it is confusing. And this share has had a fair few times when RNS have (maybe unwittingly?!) exploited that confusion, which is why it's worth us all being clear: If Antos's percentage drops to 15% or so in the next few days - look at the number of shares he owns, because he probably hasn't sold a bean.
