If no other better offer is received before the vote, we've got to vote for the MTL deal (which actually isn't bad based on our SP before it was received, just not what we all wanted after 15 years of investment).

If rejected we will see the SP drop back below 20p and we'll be cashless, a money raise will be virtually impossible and we'll see low ball offers mid 20's.

At least this deal gives us 30p+ now 5.5p in 2-3 years and another possible 5.5p payout after 4-5 years.

The added bonus will be any upside during the lead up to the gold pour, the downside is we're all invested in Nicaragua for another 2 years or so.

The deal on the gold pour notes is they're automatically cashed in after 6 months from memory.

It might also spark counter offers.

If JM was to walk away from the deal, what then. Everyone has been slating the board for not get a deal done sooner, wait until someone else maybe makes a bid, if none where will the SP be then as more cash will be needed to keep the company afloat.
