As a CNR holder since 2009, I break even when the 1st CVR is paid.

I've sold my entire MTL holding in my Trading Account but reinvested to 11p cash in my ISA and SIPP.

This leaves me still with just under 5.6m MTL shares for the journey to production with no negativity.

Hopefully we can all just move on as MTL holders, what's done as CNR holders is in the past, let's leave it there.

Since gesterday I have traded 4m shares both gbuys and sells not reported.

I've cleared out my trading account but still holding just over 5.6m shares in my ISA and SIPP.

All done on the trading front and ready for the ride. Might invest CVR proceeds depending on the state of play at the time.

My buy @ 5.68 - 235,599 wasn't reported for 2 hours and shows unknown.

As for my 1.1m buy @ 6.086 missing for 3.5hrs and counting.

Cash is in my HL SIPP, ISA and Fund and Share accounts.

As the deal is now done when do CNR holders get their MTL shares, I know the cash is within 14 days but I thought the shares were immediate.

@worry I know, my point was money wouldn't be needed to pay for it from the treasury shares as we be well into production at La India by then

I would assume CVRs will be paid from gold produced, first CVR on pour is in Loan Notes for 6 months, enough time to produce and sell to cover them. I can't see them finding another 1.8m ounces in the first 3 years, if they do bonus

Buy more MTL with the 9.9p cash in ISA and SIPP and sell everything in my trading account except for £20k which I'll switch to the ISA in April.

Will mean off loading 2m shares, buying back 1m, giving me a final holding in MTL of 4.2m

I anticipate the SP to rise once construction starts on La India steadily rising the nearer to pour, but I intend to sell 3m prior to actual mining.
