1. CPR summary to be released with dilution/finance agreement
2. FWP has been modified/changed, and so more time is needed to finalise the CPR accordingly

Early sale too, so no benefit of production of c. 5k bopd for Q2 and the rest of the year.

Production forecast for Y21 estimated to be 57-58k bopd.

Taking into consideration of cash, assets, reserves, resources and debt..:
- No CPR and I estimate HUR's value to be £60m.
- Following CPR and 2C resource allocation in sandstones and Halifax, I estimate HUR's value to be £90-95m.
- If the FWP is projected to add reserves (as i've previously stated), I estimate HUR's value to be £150m.

I don't see this at 78p unless a significant RNS drops or if results (outlook) is significantly worse than expected.
Having said that, there are several actions from results that will indicate good results:
- Debt facility refinanced
- Positive SFO news
- Better than expected figures (net debt, cashflow, backlog, pipeline, etc) see below.

The fundamentals do not support that low market cap/share price as it stands.

As previously estimated:
YE20 Backlog I estimate it to be: $5b
Current backlog I estimate it to be $4.7-4.8b
Current net debt I estimate it to be (on a worst case basis) $350-400m

If PFC win a few orders between now and results day and give backlog a boost, that will certainly influence price positively too.
I estimate c. $300-400m+ orders need to be won between now and end of June.

And will be managed full time by a Fund Manager, with several support staffs of analysts and traders for researching, analysing and executing trades.

Sometimes it's better to have 5-10 well researched investments in your portfolio.. than pretending to be a fund manager and gambling on 31 stocks :)

I mean.. you've done little or no research on those 31 stocks I bet.
So yeah, I won't worry about a small time gambler.
