I think it is corrupted LSE script code. From an earlier final results RNS in September we got this:-

Thurgarton, thanks for your post. My understanding was Velocys were/are a partner in the Envia JV therefore they would still have a financial interest in the plant along with the loan sums. Waiting for insurance money is one thing. Fixing the plant is another. There is a substantial investment there and at some point that plant needs to go back online either that or scrapped which would be unthinkable given the investment to date and future environmental benefits these plants can offer.

It does seem coincidental that we have had this news in close succession to the YTL PowerSeraya news where the opportunity is to supply up to 1.8 million tons per annum of oil-in-water emulsion fuel. In that RNS Quadrise announced they were talking to refiners (“we are in discussions with potential refinery candidates for MSAR® production and supply”), could this be the specific client or perhaps a new player in the mix?

We are told the Envia Oklahoma plant is shutdown so Velocy can concentrate and focus financially on other key areas. So what is the future for this plant? This plant was supposed to be the jewel in the crown for velocys. I'm summizing but I would think the best outcome would be a sell off. Comments welcome from intuitive insight rather than the de-rampers please.
