Perhaps what's equally significant in this delivery is the lack of cardio toxicity. So, in my ignorance, that says to me if the anti cancer drug being delivered is having any beneficial effect, the patient can keep on getting treatment far beyond what would currently be possible.
A bigger dose hopefully means you reach a better place in a less time. And understanding the max helps avoid unknown side effects.

it probably makes about as much sense as you think it does.
the board are unlikely to recommend an offer to shareholders from an entity that’s driven the price into the ground.
given the % of shares held by what are hopefully committed parties (approaching 50%?, not including me and you), taking control without a recommendation would be a tough ask, IMO. (WDIK?)
that said if faith in the BOD deteriotes then goodness knows what sellers would think is a good deal.
with Neon's permission it might be time the BOD thought about marketing the product, if they’ve got bored of the view out the window.
