Ahh!! Its never as funny as I think it's going to be.

I bought a few more thinking the same..
Most of their full production is already sold, so it's hard to imagine why the lack of value.
The board have c'ckd up a couple of times with raises I think, so maybe there's a fear of another unforseen derailment.
But even that considered I'd expect there to be more upward pressure on the sp. Feels like a sound simple product with growing demand and great margins.

I think the writing is on the wall. The obvious suitor is a major shareholder. They've got a bloke on the board and polx have got a fella that's already sold them a company for 400m.

So all the raising for commercialisation etc, could just be going through the motions as undoubtedly bracco are better equipped to do a much better job at sales and marketing.

Although, the bigger the pipeline, the easier it will be to justify a big valuation. And the board clearly think their product is the dog's... So I can't imagine they'll want an easy or quick exit over a fairly priced one.

Agreed, list it with the lowest possible value. Some will sell up immediately, hopefully creating a further dip.

Hi, i did the same a couple of weeks ago (re polx). Am sure you've noticed, but last week's investments from this crowd look really strong too.
Cardinor must have incredible potential. if you find a way to invest directly in them too let us know.

I do believe you should have faith in your investments and ignore the day to day noise.

I'm not convinced a board or founder in this case is going to recommend a sale and cash out their own chips just prior to the big event and associated value increase. Its a bit counter intuitive.

Wherever there's a market there's going to be dodgy players with a different agenda to your own.
All you've got is your confidence in your decision. Play your game, hold and ignore. Or play theirs.

Everytime their game takes the price down, that creates an opportunity. I'm not talking about Tils here specifically, but if they're selling it down to 100p and you're happy it's worth more, what's to complain about. If it is a compelling tech, quality will win out. For someone the fair price represents an opportunity.
For every % drop in sp there's a larger relative % gain to get back to the starting point.

no, i don't think that is correct.
if it was over subscribed, we would all get our excess scaled back. so either yours aren't finalised yet or we all get everything requested.

ive had some fairly random numbers in my accounts. early on AJ Bell had actually credited me with over 100k worth of stock too.
currently theyre mostly placeholders i think. one has changed to reflect what ive asked for, the other is still c.5x more than i asked for. i'm not banking on anything until the 8th.

will be interesting to see if and how significantly any excess is scaled back.

Agreed. I've just been on to Stifel to complain, third person picked up the phone. they've filled their own boots with EIS subscriptions and left a nominal amount for the rest of us.

we agreed it was desperately undemocratic and she's going to 'escalate' but the horse has bolted and unfortunately i guess that's life as a minnow.
