i have it on good authority (from the bloke down the mask shop) that the operation that until quite recently manufactured byotrol and continue to manufacture other cleaning products experienced a big spike in demand in Q1 but are actually pretty flat for H1. The net result being mostly a logistics nightmare.
Byotrol by the sound of it are up and remain up, so they are bucking the trend, and capitalising on the opportunity.
it helps of course that from that competition theres a growing list of now outlawed sanitisers.

theyve been putting the fda submission off for a long time now, but that must mean its getting closer. it may not be this qtr as promised so maybe mar21 is too optimistic for green light.
but it does feel like a sound product and some of the research papers seem to support that. so for me, whatever the sp does in the short term, I'm hanging on.
if it goes down much further, depending on a few things, not least how flush I'm feeling, i may average down.

It's not just the network that's important, it's the investment in knowledge and awareness of the product. Plus overcoming the established presence and belief in the existing solution. That will be no small financial commitment.

I do agree Exact might have the biggest incentive to buy and offer the best price too and it'll be substantial but a fraction of 2.8 if in the not too distant future.

The board of this company will have a pretty definite idea of what they think the company is worth.
If Allis sees it as being a bigger opportunity than his previous efforts its difficult to see them selling out cheap. And maybe that'll mean a longer wait until the value is indisputable.
Of course if its only bracco showing interest its not quite as straightforward.
