I did read your post but generally

get distracted by your unnecessary

messages that are

formatted like this.

It is clear that financing is needed

but we do not know what that looks

like yet. However, as the past few years

have seemingly led to this upcoming

pivotal moment, there will be

lots of questions to be asked

once the team have broken cover.

It is not just the financials that

are important, but what the

trials look like, any partnerships

etc - i doubt this can be covered

in one RNS and there were several

questions along these lines

at the AGM that they

were unable to answer.

Whilst RM distanced himself from

the 6-8 week comment, he did say judge

him at the EGM. Therefore it is quite

likely there will be one. With what might

be at play here, the 6-8 week timeline

may have outside controlling factors

as well. However, we are still

in that timeline and they may surprise us soon.

Mani - the EGM isnt to just update shareholders on day to day going ons as you suggest. It is obvious that some form of capital raise is on the way to allow the next stages of trials and this needs to be presented with an opportunity for questions etc from shareholders - whatever the raise looks like, shareholders will be given the opportunity to participate.

Doc and if the interims aren’t released this month on time, the shares will be suspended. Therefore, we should expect to see something month.

Just to reiterate, AGMs do not have to be accompanied by news.

If the company wish to have news alongside, this is so that they do not face the justified grilling and uproar that was apparent at the last one and that would be because no material progress has been made in the year since.

I have been expecting an RNS calling for the agm every day since the results came out.

Recent article with Phil Monk listed as an author. PXS-S2A is discussed which is Pharmaxis' LOXL2 inhibitor.

Some may recall a collaboration between Pharmaxis and Synairgen.

No weird logic to it, but you call out people for spending so much time on this board and the gargantuan effort they go to, you are on the same sort of level that’s all.

Fruits, you post more than the majority of people that read this forum - you only have to click on a name and it will tell you.

There seems to be this misconception that an agm needs to be packaged with news alongside, otherwise it isn’t worthwhile for shareholders to attend.

I would suggest that shareholders found last years agm worth their time (I didn’t attend for transparency) and based on the write up from doc and wigster, the board were somewhat held to account.

I also don’t believe there was news attached to last years agm aside from the standard AR, so not sure where this sudden theory of news needing to be available has come from. After all, one RNS is one RNS in the space of a year where on face value, the board including the “exciting” new hires have delivered nothing of note - I am sure that SH would welcome the opportunity to discuss details like the change in strategic direction regardless of whether financing news is available on that day.

I'm sure the team are far less sensitive than gunto et al and as we are constantly reminded, best to wait for the next update.

That'll be the same as everyone else's predictions that have failed to materialise in the past 30 months then.
