This probably isn't what you meant but, in case it might be and is of any use;
If you are a UK resident and qualify for ISA / SIPP tax relief, you can buy and hold US shares with your ISA and SIPP allowance.
I do this myself and am holding US shares.
My U.K. tax status prevails and I am not required to pay either US or U.K. income or Capital Gains Tax.
You just need to complete and register "W-8BEN form", which is valid for three year periods (must be renewed or you will be liable to pay US tax for any periods not covered).
Obvs, if you are a foreign (US?) resident and do not qualify for these breaks, none of the above will help.

I'm up 300% on that deal alone.
Made 5% - 20% every deal, ever since.

I tried to sell but the price didn't go up enough.
Made a mistake yesterday and now going to be stuck for a while, by the look of things.

Don't understand the trades recorded today.
People seem to buying when the price goes up and selling when it goes down.
Mind you, that seems to be what I did yesterday now.

You sound as though you're being critical of it but you seem to have some difficulty communicating that.
I think I've been clear about it and tried to keep things everso simple for you.
I've never tried to impose my practices upon you or anyone else, only explain to people why I do it and provide visibility of it (warts an' all).
It's amusing for me that someone who doesn't care, cares so much.
I only care about what's in my bank account.
If someone else gets an idea from me that improves theirs as well, even better.
If not, that's all good too.

Just a worry after the last two days of folks preparing for news from a meeting that's now only minutes away.
Would think more would be getting in for the after effect.
The fact they're not has me wondering what they now know I don't.
