On top of a lot of 'normal' factors, which have been going on for a while, we're in an exceptional situation now so hard to say.
You'll find folks here on both sides and precious little valuable opinion.
Some see it rising, some see it falling.

Just put a test Buy through on H-L and was offered 0.28p (while LSE showing 0.25p - 0.30p.
The actual Buy/Sell prices are not the same as shown (also on H-L).

WTI has gone negative because there's nowhere to store oil.
That won't only affect WTI as it's a global problem.
Doesn't matter whether it's in the ground or the sea.
They've been chartering tankers to load it up and then just sit offshore with it.
Until demand gets going (and it won't for a while because people have been buying at these low prices.
It's actually not even been as cheap as they might have thought because they're having to pay rent on what little storage capacity they DO have.

The main thing hasn't changed since "everyone" (really very few).
That's reality.
What has changed is Covid-19.
It's stopped global production and travel.
Oil demand has slumped 30% in the lockdown.

And it all happened just after Saudi and the Russians decided to bite each other's noses off.
Chump's been over-producing since 2018 and made a big thing out of it.

Now they've all agreed a 10% cut.
To combat a 30% slump.
Not gonna work.
