I'm looking at the words 'corporate finance specialist' and wondering what that has to do with marketing. Surely a corporate finance specialist would be engaged to look at financing? Why the use of these words?

It makes a difference because anyone can purchase the shares prior to the ex divi date and have a guarantee of getting the divi and on balance investment decisions now are based on whether you believe the divi + value of remaining assets is worth more than 20p (I do) - market isn't so sure.

I can't see how the RNS won't include divi value + providing certainty of value for remaining assets. Otherwise it won't be possible to value the company. It looks to me that recent RNS's are very much aimed at providing some certainty that there will be value post the asset sale and the board will want to be certain that the SP doesnt disappear off a cliff.

As frustrating as waiting is for some of us. Its a real question.

Not sure why you bring this RNS up. The RNS from March is pretty standard. I work for a company that issues share options to employees every year. Standard block administration RNS happens for any company that rewards employees with shares. It's entirely transparent that BRH does this. How do we think the board get enumerated?

Flurry of buys at 13:40ish. Looked like one buyer 100k over 5 trades. I raised my eyebrow but its slowed down again since then. Someone is building a position at this level though.

It is dangerous to go all in on one stock. If that happens you may have a dangerous relationship with investing. We are all grown ups so can do what we want but investing in AIM is like going to the casino. Being well researched and investing in AIM is like going to the casino having been to it before and going all in on one share is like putting your house on the favourite at the Grand National.

I have been invested here for about 18 months and at one point it halved when the vaccines first came out. That was not fun and had nothing to do with how good a product SNG has. You have to think about how this would go for you if the black swan arrives.

I have never stopped believing in this company and to be honest would remain invested long term if this didnt work out. I also have other far safer investments at much higher values. I would still be very miffed to lose out here.

It defo lot's of shares not just this one. Google live prices have been all over the place since Friday morning.

Point is. What auction?

I'm happy with my holding and my average is down quite a bit. I'm holding longer term. However, every time I look at this board it is either full of 'ooooh TB is selling' or 'It's in auction, NT to buy etc etc.'

This means that anything meaningful is lost as it drifts down the message board.

It is perhaps ironic that the SP just went to 37.5 as I wrote this :)

I can buy now for 37 if I want to and could for the last hour - I already topped up yesterday so I don't need to.

Auction would need a number of buyers and sellers. No? There was a trade at 1:19 and one at 2:05.

An auction of what exactly? No trades for 45 mins. I can buy/sell if I wanted to.

Trevor can be CEO and not be a person with significant control. In fact the next submission to companies house by BRH was to confirm that there is no individual person with significant control.

I would suggest the Board has control so all significant decisions are voted on by the Board.
